It's not any of either of yours, though I was really very tempted to combine two into "she can fix any broken machine, but only while she's touching it". The one I wound up with is strongly inspired by the theme of "a thing, but only in very specific circumstances". I came very close to using "she instinctively knows everyone's name", which would be amazing for narrative, but founders on questions of Martha/Marty and Alexandra/Alejandra. So instead I settled on--
