I have only read the first two chapters, but it's already looking iffy. Ramandu falls in love with a sea serpent named Myanweth. I don't think Narnian sea serpents are sentient like that, and why would one fall in love with a Star? I will admit that I don't know the explanation of the origins of Ramandu's daughter, but this seems implausible. Also, this fic seems to be turning her into a Sue.
(Edit: I bumped the Beta Request button instead of the Badfic Report button. Oops.)
How’s that MST of Laiacalasse’s Tale (that was it, right?) going?

So far, it looks like the chaos will not abate very soon. My problem is that I get inspired and start a project, but if it isn't a one-shot I tend to run out of steam.

I agree with the non-missionable verdict.
Maybe it's just me kinda relaxing on fic opinions over the years, but if it's done well it's done well, non-canon premise or not. (Heck, one of my favorite fics out there is Harry is a Dragon, and That's Okay, and that fic stretches canon quite a bit. Very solid work, if a rather long.) I actually like the writing style choice in this one, and to be honest... I'm not really seeing what makes this character particularly Sueish, especially with how bad they can get out there. Had a quick skim and she seems to just be chilling, and even if I missed something she could probably be a lot worse. I agree with Lin - it just doesn't feel very much like mission material.

While the sea serpent bit is just bizarre, the fic’s structurally and stylistically pretty well-written.
I dunno if it’s missionable.

Why are Rilian and (Norse trickster god whose name starts with L) in love? Just WHY?
