Hey! I suppose introductions are in order, I was hesitant to do this early on (I thought the site was dead at first but as of right now, you all seem very alive. Or atleast I assume you are. No offense.) I'm Oxford, (named after the reference book series, being a bit of what I'd like to call a "relatio-bibliophile" but my Latin might be a bit off, so lets just be blunt about it and say I have an odd obsession with dictionaries, thesauruses and encyclopedias) and I would like to request a spot as an agent in the Department of Mary Sues. Persona wise, I would describe myself as blunt, brutal and brusque in appearance but really a spineless, neurotic spaz in the face of improbable, stupid chance. I will be entering with my partner Wiki who will likely introduce herself in the near future and looking to enter the Department of Mary Sue Experiments and Research.

Also, the two of us would like to take on... Heh. Even if its a sick, twisted suicide... 2. My Immortal has already been claimed. Also, just because something's bad, that doesn't mean it makes for a good (first) mission. -

Well, my brother is certainly no friend of dictionaries, so I guess you can't be him. So, then . . .
Have a dicionary! It's a typo I discovered. Dicionarys define misspelled words. Very handy for field work! -

I'm a local Brony. There are others, but they don't appear to have arrived yet. Nevertheless, I'm glad you're here!
I'm glad you're so enthusiastic, but Turtle's right: you really should mess around a while. I still don't have permission, actually.
I'm a fan of HP too, and fully understand why you'd want to kill My Immortal. The canon just about curled up and died. It ruined a good song. And, quite frankly, the so-called lemons were really just sorry excuses written by a person who's probably never even seen pornography, let alone known how actual sex works. Or how love feels, no doubt. It's being speculated that the author is just a particularly cruel and clever Troll.
And this site will never die, my dear. So long as there is a Plot Continuum, there will be a PPC. Or at least until something like SOPA or ACTA passes. But then we'll have bigger things to worry about, such as the violent coup d'état that will no doubt take place. Well, it will if my miniscule faith in humanity has even a little foundation.

Though I must say, I was kind of hoping you were named after the university. I'm a fan, and I've never been there. I don't even know if I *can* be a "fan" of it... in any case, cool name.
Consult the wiki on receiving permission. I'm sorry you can't have My Immortal. :( But there's plenty worse out there-- I'm not sure if that deserves a happy or unhappy face.
We've got a lot of blunt, brutal, brusque people (nice alliteration, by the way), and plenty of spineless, neurotic spazzes too (ahem, me).
This is a great place to get concrete criticism for anything... as long as you're sure you had it beta'd first, and thoroughly.

By what I understand from your post, you seem to be asking for Permission, yes? If so, just let it be known that we need to get to know you better before the PGs decide upon your request. We like to say that a month is a good time to sit back and participate on the Board, so... yeah. Just stick around and have fun!
I regret to inform you that My Immortal is already claimed by... well, somebody. I can't find it on the Claimed Badfic page, but its Wiki page says it's been claimed. -
