... about the Rec Center. I have on occasion come across a fic that may not be entirely well executed, but still have some elements that I find worthy of praise. It could be the authors take on characters, environment or other such details.
Could I post those in my Rec Center (if I actually get around to making one) provided I write clearly in the description what I find good, but also where I find it lacking? Or should I only use the Rec Center for actual recommendations of good fics?
