No, Anneli did not say the same thing twice. What she actually said the second time around was:
“They all think they’re so cool when they do things that would make most women wouldn’t really like.”
In which Anneli gets extremely annoyed at a Mary Sue, and all three agents discover a new subtype of Sue-wraith.

Seriously, this was a really bad Sue right here. But I had fun sporking the hell out of her, so crazy times are had.

I loved it! Especially the mile-long charge list. :D
And your new team is working out really well. In your last mission I loved Anneli's reaction, when she found out that Xanthus watch MLP, because that was the excact reaction I had, when I found out the same about one of my friends.
I found two minor nitpicks near the end:

and

Yeah, it was fun coming up with a new variety of Sue-Wraith. The Sue's past was just so needlessly angsty that it kind of demanded a new wraith, really.
