Hiya. I'm Piph. I've been lurking here a few months now, and decided that it was high time to get into the weirdness.
I first encountered the PPC after reading the Official Fanfiction University of Redwall Christmas Special on the Pit. Curious, I went onto Google, searched, and found the wiki.
My fandoms of expertise would be Redwall, Artemis Fowl, and Harry Potter. I am familier with Lord of the Rings (familier-ish), Hetalia Axis Powers, Discworld(Again, familier-ish), One Piece, Naruto, Sailor Moon, Uglies, and... a bunch of other things.
So... Hi.
Have some stealth ore. It's probably enough to very lightly coat a decently sized vehicle, or make you a lot of gold.
BTW, will your Agents be based in a TARDIS or a Response Center?
The only other person I can remember being interested in the TARDIS thing is Khajidu, and I don't think she's actually progressed as far as using one.
It was okay as a one-time plot device, but maybe it's time to let it go.

The trouble with the Uglies fandom is it's hard to tell the Sues from the canons unless they're, like, a Smokey girl who is naturally so beautyful that she can infiltrate one of the cities and gibber gibber gibber... but anyhoo. You are very, very, very right. Tally had me scared for a few moments in Specials, but then I read Extras, and I was like, 'kay, she's a little insane now.... do Sues go insane? No. Unless I am needing direction to one where the sue is insane.
Anyways.

The thing is that it's actually hard for the Sues to be unnaturally beautiful, since everyone else is.
I seem to be giving out a lot of them lately. Ah, well. Always good to see a lurker come to light :)

They soak up any blood they come into contact with and dump them into a plot hole. So effectively, yes. Enjoy :)

I found the PPC through the OFUR as well. I read the Uglies series not too long ago. It's a good series.
