Most Sues aren't quite that horrifying, but they do tend to have ... slightly exaggerated figures. -

Honestly, the number of Sues described as twigs...
I mean, beanpoles are one thing, since that implies that it's due to a recent growth spurt and that there is a real muscle structure there, but they're usually described as out-and-out twigs about to be blown away by a stiff breeze!
