Well, I decided to take the rite of passage. That is one strange story. I managed to get through it on the first attempt with no more than a raised eyebrow or two, though. I think my mental defences are pobably good enough to survive at PPC for a while.
'Lo, all. Found the wonderful organisation that is the PPC on TV Tropes and decided to join up. I'm wondering whether anyone has assassinated the notorious Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way yet. If not, I might attempt to take on the task myself, but as I think there is not a single canon character in sight in the fic she comes from, that they have all been kidnapped, I think it would be something of a mammoth task to dump on a newbie.
Any veterans feel like skewering her? She deserves it like no other Sue I've ever seen.

Sorry to take so long in dropping by to say hello, but I've been off the computer recently for medical reasons. Just glanced through your poetry and liked what I saw, though I'm afraid I don't have enough time to look them all other. "We Still Kill the Old Way" gave me the creeps (that's a compliment, by the way), though it only really makes sense with the comment below. If you like, I can post concrit from my Deviantart account, though I'm better at taking apart prose than I am at poetry.
Do you put all your stuff up on Deviantart, or do you have a separate website?
Forgot to answer your last question. Yes, I tend to put anything I write up on DA.
Aye, I write more poetry than I do prose. Thanks for the review, and concrit is welcome! Hopefully you know more about English than the person that reviewed Hunt and tried to tell me "roiling" was a typo of "rolling" :P
Not too fond of the first stanza of We Still Kill The Old Way - there was something of a tone shift after that, and I prefer the tone of the latter part of the poem. I need to get round to rewriting that sometime.

Uh, no idea. I've not finished reading the spinoffs, so I don't know the current state of the PPCverse. I was rather surprised to see how little Status Quo Is God around here. You've made some major changes since the Jay and Acacia era.

Actually, I belive the true test comes when you're faced with Substances Vic (coughvanillaicecreamcough) and C&C (coughcookiesandcreamwhichisincidentallyoneofmyfavoritescough) and don't feel the urge to vomit.
Not sure it'd be quite fair, for one.

I've just been reading the MST of Celebrian. That thing is hilarious - much kudos to David.
Now, if only he would finish that MST... *looks pointedly in hS' direction* But then again, if he's too busy, I guess it's fine for now.
That is a very, very epic understatement. *hands over shiny gold Massive Understatement trophy* You're almost as unsquickable as I am, and that's saying something - I've read most Legendary 'fics, usually with no reaction or outright laughter.
Have a Prinny suit. *goes into obligatory Captain Exposition mode* It increases stats (in an RPG sense), may or may not come with complimentary Prinny bombs and a pair of swords, and makes you say "-dood" at the end of every sentence. It makes people explode when thrown, but that's... usually... only a problem in NIS videogame canons and similar games. Basically, games where people can be tossed around anytime, by anyone. (It's amusing to see the biggest normal enemies being carried by the smallest creatable characters in Disgaea, where the suits are from. Testing on the Final Final Boss, Baal, has not been attempted yet.)
Length is actually the main reason I'm not reading my way through the Legendaries at the moment, I suspect I'd get bored before I finished. Draco's Christmas Cuppa is amusing though.

Hmm... have a sparkly pinwheel. Good for distracting those with short attention spans (be it partners or Sues), and if you're really inventive you can attach something sharp to it and use it as a shiny-go-round-stabby-thing. ^_^

Here's a link to the PPC Wiki, which has a lot of handy stuff and handy links on it. And some funny stuff on it. It's not quite as addicting or mindmelting as TV Tropes but we're trying to get there, even if we can't possibly get as big due to different targets.
I hope you read the Board Consitution through that link or the one up on top of the board. The FAQ for the Board is handy as well.
Keep the fact that you need to ask for permission before you PPC anything in mind (since that way there's some general quality control over things).

By the way, "My Immortal" has been designated a troll by we PPCers, and as a general rule we don't tend to kill trolls, so you might want to turn your sights elsewhere for fic-slaying. Try the PPC Wiki Unclaimed Badfic page, there are plenty of targets there.
By the way, are you male or female? I just have a burning curiosity about these things. :)

I'm male. As for whether or not My Immortal is a troll, I was under the impression that the debate over that never got settled one way or another. My feeling is that it's genuine, and I would dearly love to see the PPC take her out.
