I've been starting work on a new mission and have come across some translations that don't look quite right. I've put the majority of them through Google Translate and they mainly come out OK, but as everyone knows Google Translate is hardly an accurate source for translations. They're all in French and I was hoping that someone here would have a better grasp of the language than I do.
The quotes are:

Nous ne connaissons pas monsieur. Les écrans sont allés blanc et nous ne pouvons pas trouver une source à elle
Pas encore monsieur. Celui qui a fait ceci est au delà de notre monsieur de technologie

the translations in the badfic are given as:
What is going on here?
We don't know sir. The screens went blank and we can't find a source to it.
Not yet sir. Whoever did this is beyond our technology sir.

The errors I've noted:
In the second one, the french uses 'white' instead of 'blank' (is this because there isn't a word for 'blank' in french or not?)
the last part of the third one reads 'Whoever did this is beyond our Mister Technology.'

If anyone could help me it'd be appreciated.

Literal translation

-We don't know*, sir. The screens went to white and we cannot find a source to her.

*There is a difference between the verbs "savoir" and "connaître": the former means to know a fact and the latter means to know a place or person personally. It's the difference between "I know where the park is" and "I know this park". The quote uses "connaître" instead of "savoir".

-Not yet, sir. The ones who did this are beyond our sir of technology.

What it should say (according to me)

-Que se passe-t-il ici?
(What's going on here?)

-Nous ne le savons pas, monsieur. Nous avons tous des écrans vides* et nous ne trouvons pas la source du problème.
(We don't know, sir. We all have blank screens and we can't find the source of the problem.)

*Subbing in "vide" (empty) works.

-Pas encore, monsieur. La technologie du responsable surclasse la nôtre, monsieur.
(Not yet, sir. The technology of the one responsible for this is vastly superior to ours, sir.)
