I did not see the Time Lord emergency transformation coming, so good job!
Was the pony Rina saw in Medical Dr Kindheart? Because that'd be pretty funny.
Hm, perhaps Ari and Rina should start a 'got turned nonhuman after badfic' club. -

*high fives* Hopefully this doesn't start a trend, though. Stuff like this really ought to be saved for special circumstances. ^^;
The pony might have been, but considering she went running out of Medical, it was probably some agent who freaked when he saw this crazy humanoid come running at him and bolted. Or maybe there wasn't a pony at all. Who knows? -

Honestly, I'm still surprised that anyone had the guts to take on Rose Potter in the first place, so the fact that it's all done just feels weird. Absolutely beautiful job, on the whole string of things. Normally, I'd say I can't wait to see what you put out next, but I think you've earned a nice, long break.

I do think you owe us at least one hilarious scene of a confused Rina trying to control a completely unfamiliar TARDIS, though. :)
Good luck with writing a high-powered Rina; we all know the more powerful the character, the harder they are to handle. Or, well, a potentially high-powered Rina, as she's nowhere near through her how-do-i-shot-web phase. -

She's not gonna take kindly to someone saying "her" Council shouldn't exist. And this is her confrontational incarnation - she has a very hard time backing down from a fight, even when it stems from her own blatant overreactions.
Really, Lily got her spot on when she paired "I don't do scared" with "Your hands are shaking" back in Blackout: Generic Surface.

Well, I approve of the change. It's grounded in canon, as others mentioned, and as long as there are consequences - I think the interlude's an example - I think the change is fine. Is it special? Definitely. Is it Speshul? I don't think so.

There are, actually, a few PPC precedents: Tawaki and Tadkeeta. I wouldn't have thought they'd work like that, either, but the disguises are the real deal, even dating back to ToS, when Jay and Acacia became Ents.
I am planning on lampshading the borderline Sue thing in my next mission, by the way. And hey, call 'em like you see 'em! Rina stopped being me quite a while ago, and even if she hadn't, don't hold back, mm-kay? :)

Thank you very much. I can honestly say the main reason I went ahead and posted tonight is that I would have lost my nerve at the last moment- not good considering I've been planning this from the start.
Your agents can totally be on the team who came in to take care of the cleanup! In fact, there are so many replaced/possessed characters that I think just about anyone who asks could join in. ^^; I apologize for my own agents' inability to finish the job.
Rina's busy sleeping, but Zeb sends his thanks. :) -

But I can only use the notepad app on my phone. I'd have to e-mail it to someone, and they'd have to post it.
But before I can do that, I need to finalize the interlude introducing Sigma. Not that he'd be much help in the Harry Potter universe... he'll probably gripe about that the entire time. *Seventy years of dedicated work by the greatest minds of my universe is what it took to get to me, and here I am waiting for a half-mad zombie and a temperamental scorpion to get done so I can go back to reading Freud.* -

I... Really don't want to get into it if I can avoid it. Let's just say, SVU had an episode recently about a serial killer/rapist using online games to find victims. The entire episode was very poorly written, to say the least. One of the funner lines was, "I read on Kotaku that [World of Warcraft clone] is better then Civilization 5 with the Brave New World expansion!"
