I think my Permission paper is finished, but I'm not feeling too confident about it. Is there anyone who can take a look at this?

Ooh! Ooh! I have some ideas! by

Part of it depends on how meta you want her to be and how YOU want to write it, what you feel comfortable with and such. It would be tricky to be in a situation that you can't describe very well in words, despite it working out in your head.
On one side of the scale is strange compulsions and urges. She might say something like, "The other day, I had this strange urge to dash through a dangerous part of the world. Most of the monsters there would have killed me, but I just did it. I don't know why. I stumbled upon a flight point, which was convenient, but I couldn't think of anything else to do so I went home."
Then in the middle is the Dark Legacy stuff. She would know stuff respawning, debuffs, and corpse running, but not that she's part of a game. It would just be everyday to her. In the real world, she might say something like "Wow, everything's open-world! There aren't any instance portals or loading time!" She'd sort of blank out and forget what she was talking about and say she went AFK, or she might get drunk and pass out, then say that she disconnected.
On the other side, there's full awareness. Maybe she knows that she's being controlled and just assumes that this is life, or she resents her player. When the servers go offline, she complains with other characters about level grinding and how she really wants a new transmog.
Or maybe she's the only one who knows she's a game character. She would walk up to a random guy and say, "Hey, your gearscore is awful" and he would just walk away and say she was crazy. She would be one of those people who goes to bars and says to random people, "Do you ever wonder if you're a character in a game, and your choices are being made by someone else?" before being kicked out after the seventeenth time. Basically the resident crazy person/conspiracy theorist.

Also serving as a redo of the original image, to see how good I am at taking advice. ^_^
Anda is a powerful psychic - I think the term, cribbed from or inspired by Anne McCaffrey, was Prime. She's a telekine and telepath, shown here using her wrist-mounted flechette-drones. I dunno what they do, but they look cool.
I think this is a big improvement over the last one (and not just because I took Nesh's advice about the blending, though that helped!). There's some problem points in the shading - mostly the shape of the highlights - but the hands are much better (I hope!), and I think the shading on her face has improved too. But I'm always looking for more advice/concrit, so go nuts. :)

I think, unfortunately, it's because of the pose - the way her arms are now, she looks more like she's going 'ta-da!', or possibly dancing. That mace is heavy - it should be drawing her arm after it as it swings.
Moving onto the rest: that hair! O.O I love it. I can see exactly what you're visualising, and it works really well.
You've fixed the armour problem, and I think you've conveyed the muscles really well; that single line on her shoulder (plus the shape of the shoulder) works excellently. (Though... she is pulling a Female Comic Character pose, with that near-ninety-degree twist of her hips...)
With that said, I have to wonder what's going on with her forearms. I assume it's meant to be armour, but - particularly on the one holding the mace - it's pretty much a cylinder. I think you've got the 3-Ding of the rear hand off, too - the armour is tilted away, so we shouldn't see it coming up around her wrist like that.
All in all, a big improvement from where I'm sitting. I do miss the skirt, though... (and Derik grabbing the 'neck' of her armour has just gotten, uh... exceptionally suggestive. ^_~)

The exact method of travel is only so important, as far as military histories are concerned- being able to drop a castle wherever is strategically necessary is still a bit of a game changer. Baroness Juliette abuses it whenever she can, much to the distress of her chatelaine.

That's amazing!!! =oD
I'm sort of flailing around because yes, she would have a smaller flag, just as a proof-of-concept/artisan's-mark thingy. You know, to prove that she can do it and so forth. Plus, given her connection to Spelin Tam-Ara and how she got the job as Warden in the first place, it's make sense for that to form a large part of her attire. Almost a secondary symbol of the faith - I feel like the Temple of Spelin now has quite a few weavers of broadcloth and silks in it now, the better to capitalize on the Warden's unique skillset (and also, y'know, give alms of blankets and good winter clothing to the poor and needy of the Union).
I also love the very traditional crosier that she has - it actually looks quite a lot like the one from the Shepherd Neame logo, which is super fitting for the real ale nerd. It looks like it could do some serious damage to any Marizu fool enough to come charging in at her... which is all of them, so that's handy. I get the feeling that the actual crosier-y bit at the top is just a huge lump of carbon steel bent into shape and then brazed, giving it an approximate weight (after some quick and dirty calcs) of about 18.5kg. That's a hair under 41lb, for anyone watching in black and white or from the US.
That's the thing about Ye Scape-Grace - her weapon of choice is hiding in plain sight. =]

Does it teleport? by

[Checks] I didn't specify, did I? My assumption was that it flew, or at least floated; hence how it could get caught up in the woods at Kar'eer and stuck in place. But teleporting is also fine. ;)
Thank you for the picture! Assuming I don't wear myself out, I will in all likelihood do another Baron Juliette image once I've worked through the others I can actually draw.

As a reward for your labours, you get a full-colour image (with preemptive apologies for being too colour-blind to actually know your hair colour for sure, and thus having to estimate).
Fun fact #1: The costume here is drawn directly from Ye Scape-Grace's clerical robes. It's not going to be a perfect match (I still don't fully understand what you were aiming for at the collar), but it's close.
Fun fact #2: The apparel on her left cuff shows the early history of Plort, by way of the sigils of the Protectors and Triumvirs. It's the best I could do at this scale for the elaborate embroidery she should have.
Fun fact #3: If anyone else asks for filigree'd anything, I will not be responsible for my actions. :( I'm worn out on that now.
Fun fact #4: As a non-baron, Ye Scape-Grace gets a tiny little flag. This has nothing to do with the fact that the photo I was working from had the hand at such an angle that I couldn't fit a big flagpole in. Pfffft, as if.

Yay shading! by

Definitely an improvement. There's a dark dot on her stomach that keeps distracting me by looking like a very misplaced belly-button, but I don't think that was intentional?
Next step: invest in a blending stump or two. These are basically tightly rolled sticks of paper that let you smear the graphite into smooth gradients. In the meantime, though, a bit of tissue on the end of your finger works, too. {= )
I think Remnant covered the hands well enough, so I'll mention that the jaw looks a bit misaligned. It might be the way the neck connects with a straight line to the hinge just at the junction of the ear on the left. It shouldn't quite do that; there's a muscle that runs from the pit of the collarbones up behind the ear (the sternocleidomastoid) that should carry that neck line back a little. You kinda have that shaded in at the throat, but it looks like it goes straight up to her chin rather than back.

Is that the English bowmen "come and get 'em" gesture she's making, or something else?
I think her chest came out really well. It looks three-dimensional and well proportioned to her torso, and the top looks like something that would actually stay on. ^_^
Her shoulders could use a bit more development, especially if she's meant to be a strong character. The raised arm in particular, with the small, round joint, looks a bit doll-like.
~Neshomeh, trying to spread the concrit around.

A protagonist (a bit NSFW) by

Here is my protagonist. I know she is not wearing very much, there is a reason for it other than "it's sexy" and has to do with how a certain type of magic works in universe. I'll be happy to explain if anyone asks (long story). Coincidentally, it is the same reason as to why Kaede and Yue aren't wearing much either.
She's strong, crazy strong. There is no one else I would rather fight beside. Unfortunately, she's impulsive; if there is something no one is stupid enough to do, Azusa is going to do it.
-Shinonome Kaede
She is always so cheerful and energetic, even on bad days. It seems like life is just one big party when she is around, if there is something interesting happening near by, she is definitely going to charge head first into whatever is going on. Maybe she should try and be more careful so she doesn't get in trouble as often as she does.

I am entirely okay with Fun Fact Two being canonized! In fact, it's a plot point in last year's NaNo project. (Which I really need to shape up and get into beta- writing the history of the Ypur Wars, in Plortish form.) (Speaking of which, why, dear Bast, did you give me a teleporting castle? Keeping that thing from being ridiculously overpowered was a chore.)
As far as Fun Fact One goes, well...
Yours truly!
