Not sure if anyone else has said this, since I've been avoiding at looking at other peoples' theories, but I think you're inviting orphans? If that's so, can I invite Suzaku Kururugi (Code Geass)?

I adopted T'Zar from you a bit ago (while I still went by DawnFire on the Board). I was wondering if I could adopt her dead husband Salok as well? I was looking through things related to the two of them on the wiki and started getting the urge to write historical ficlets about how they met and joined the PPC and so on. It would be great to be able to expand upon their history.

(I'd promise to take good care of him, but, uh, he's already dead. Still, I promise to do my best to only build on what you already wrote for him, not change it all around.)

I guess I could've made that clearer in the interlude itself, but maybe I'll keep that in mind for the upcoming mission. And I didn't think about the Lost World reference for that aspect of Ripper's character, but come to think of it, that's probably another great reason!

Captain Kirk (of the Original Series) is also not invited.

But if you can find an alien who is invited, that would be pretty cool.
