This is a confirmed trollfic. It’s like My Immortal but with a prep protagonist, bashing of “nredz” and SPaG worse than My Immortal’s author’s notes, which is saying a LOT. There’s a Mary Sue named Ivy (I think that’s her name), everyone is OOC,(Dumbledore explodes a random Slytherin) and the SPaG is eyeball-exploding bad. If you can tolerate that, it’s mission-worthy.

Sorry I didn't review sooner; it's been a pretty packed week!

Wow, Strawberry Shortcake is still a thing?! Like, ongoing? I didn't realize it had any new canon produced after the 1980s. I remember my sisters still had some SS wow, no, bad acronym on that title SBSC merch sitting around the house as I grew up. Weird that I never heard anything about new material, even by accidental add viewing! Well, on behalf of my now-adult sisters, thank you for defending this canon!

Sand dollars, eh? Clever use of a non-currency currency on the show's part. A mini that's more like an object is a unique concept, especially with how it can affect people! Are the minis like actual sand dollars, like, can they crawl very slowly? Maybe need salt water to stay hydrated properly?

I like how you structured this mission, with Urato getting enticed to wander away for more sand dollars, only to get caught up in the flashback. It felt like a very natural narrative progression! I also like the point Inasuke made about not performing assassinations within SBSC, since it would have the wrong tone for that canon. It felt like a very Original Series-esque observation to make!

A couple minor errorish things:
"This was however not the most aggravating the house had to offer."
I feel like either "aggravating thing" or "aggravation" would be a little more grammatically correct, there. Just feels like a noun belongs in there.

". . . in an undescribed environment of endless beige where Avocado and black licorice converse."
I think you want "conversed" here, just to match the past tense of the rest of the paragraph?

Coming in only four days after TOS11, "Gwendolyn" sends Jay and Acacia into a much longer mission this time, thank goodness. I have not yet reread it so I don't remember which one it is. ^_^

The badfic is by Amy Winner Barton, who apparently died of a severe case of bad... re... views... huh. This sounds awfully familiar. Yep, they took two missions in a row against the same author, and apparently got a lot of flak for it. This may explain the events of less than a month from now... (all right, 20 years ago less than a month from now - you get the point).

I've read both LoTR and the Hobbit, but it's been a long time. I could probably use a reread. And I have a long list of fandoms on my wiki page.

If no one else wants I'm Not Okay, then I'd love to tackle it for my (still probably pretty distant) first mission. If someone does want it, please take it. Or both.

I couldn't resist. That is a silly version of Happy Birthday that my family sings.

I am also in LOTR, (I am anxiously anticipating the release of Amazon's Rings of Power and praying tht it won't be as bad as the Hobbit movies), but I haven't really been into Harry Potter in a few years. I am also in the Star Trek fandom, and that's about it. There are other things I like (such as Shakespeare) that I wouldn't really consider myself to be in the fandom but I am still somewhat interested in. That also applies to Star Wars.

I haven't even read any of these yet, but what's with putting apostrophes in things?

Not familiar with the canon at all, by the way.
