I DEFINITELY didn't mean it as arrogantly as you seem to have read it, I'm sorry. Just that I think my ideas are good enough that if I can write them well people might not reject my Agents immediately, because I think I've got some interesting ideas for them. I'm sorry, again. Heh, I have to learn how to be confident without sounding arrogant.

*lightbulb pops on* I get it now. I've never done NaNoWriMo, so I wouldn't get it...but now I do!

...wasn't that big of a deal for you because in your opinion you think your Agents were great.
Seriously, no offense. ;]

Guess long-shot relationships are still a shot, and sometimes, the dice gods smile.
Much good will to you from the Division of More Dakka. Plus a matched pair of chainswords.

That is the most awesome thing ever! Congratulations, hS and Kaitlyn!
I am not going to squee. Squeeing is undignified for a PPCer of my age, and it would wake up my roommate. But if there were ever a time to squee, this would be it.
Kaitlyn, your dress is awesome.
Again, I say: CONGRATULATIONS!

Sorry, I was just noticing how far the replies had stretched the margin, so I mentioned that I thought it was amusing how large the thread had become. Sorry if it was taken the wrong way. Oh, and yeah, heh, obviously it's only in my opinion so far. No idea if anyone else will like them until people know what they are. Unless you hate my ideas before I've even said what they were? :P
-

I'll probably try it tonight, nothing else to do since I don't have homework, don't wanna go to bed yet, and I can't do the lines because I've yet to get the script. Haha, this thread is getting freakishly huge, though. Unless I get caught up in the "one month" loophole though, I think I should do pretty well, especially since in my opinion my ideas aren't too bad for the two agents.

Heh, already put it in a word doc, so no need. Honestly my only real worries about the permission thing are the technicalities with the rules and the fact that I have some issues with some of my ideas, more writer's block than anything, so it'd actually be a good way to fine-tune the concepts I have. Can't be as easy as it looks though. Anyway, all I was saying is I want to get that out of the way first, especially since "massive PPC assault on a heavily-defended Sue factory" isn't something I wanna do until I've gotten my feet wet. :P

Save the thread link to Favorites or something...
...and don't worry about the Permission thing. Well, of course you'd be biting your nails for a while, but as long as you're willing to accept criticism on your character's persona, you'll eventually get an ok.

Luckily, if you know the link, it's not hard to find. Of course when there's a lot of replies they turn into weird pyramids like this one, though. Easy solution; I'll just take the thread's link and store it somewhere. That way I can just refer to it when finally making a case for getting permission to do that huge plan. Sounds like an uphill battle though.

That's one of the more confusing things about the board. Makes it really tough to find new posts sometimes.

...and link it to the new one.
That's my pet peeve with this Board. If someone updates a topic it doesn't go back up to the top for everyone to see, unlike threads in forums.

I was more worried about this one being lost because even with a new thread this is the one with the ideas on it. Unless the new thread was made to recap. I know how all the permission and threadmaking and stuff works, I was just saying.
