The Gym:
Leader Cipher's gym is situated overlooking a clear, bright river lined with thorn trees and the occasional Sudowoodo, perhaps at odds with the conventional depiction of such places. Indeed, it's rather different; a burly-looking castle in the Ordensburg style, known locally as the Thorn; its massive walls going from wood at the bottom to brick at the top. Inside it's a similar story, with thorn bushes and trick bookcases hiding Trainers in elaborate, wing-sporting armour.

The Phat Lewts:
The Wheelwright badge is Leader Cipher's prize, an elaborate eight-spoked wheel affair with the top half a moonstone and the bottom half a rich, red garnet, all set in old gold. The TM you get is TM84, Poison Jab, although the Leader confesses he'd have preferred to have an Electrode on the team.

I knew a bit about Polish history anyway - The Civ 5 modding scene takes you all over the world without leaving your chair - so I decided to emphasise that. This is going to be really awkward if it turns out I've had the wrong end of the stick and you're actually Lithuanian or something. =]
