Does this mean that there is no Article 20 and no Article 21, or did you leave them out here because you don’t want to change them?

I cobbled this together from what was already there in the space of 20 minutes or so; I'm not wedded to any particular approach.

At the moment, I'm just vaguely concerned about making the Constitution too formidable and want to know if other people share that concern. {= )

I'm not overly concerned with hS's proposed revisions. Maybe move the stuff on Other Things To Post to the FAQ? The thing about badfic should probably be there, although that should maybe also go to the FAQ.
If that happens, the constitution maybe should reference the FAQ. I am unsure.
