I've never played Wizard101, so don't know how open-ended the game world is. I guess the question with PPC-ing a game story is whether there's enough canon in a game world to be able to quantify a breach of canon. (Although, in the case of a completely out-there story that bears no resemblance to the game at all, that's probably not a problem.)

A really open-ended game mechanic like (say) one of the Elder Scrolls games might be hard to enforce unless the story messed with the main quest.

Clumsy characterisation, poor spelling and grammar, and urple prose would be chargeable in any case.

Any thoughts from those with more game fanfic experience?
