I believe that this is where I say hello to everyone...I think...I was a mite confused about the process of signing up.
But even if I did it wrong, I shall charge forward.
Hello! I'm Maya. My sister shamelessly plugged this site until I joined, lamenting the wonderful doings of the members. And I decided that it sounded enticing... I do enjoy seeing astray fanfics (and/or Mary sues) burned at the stake. or just corrected.

Have a shapeshifting plushie. It can turn into anything, depending on what you want. It can become a flying monkey, and I've seen one turn into a baozi fairy before. And Cthulhu sometimes appears, for those into Nightmare Fuel or cute stuffed eldritch abominations.

The second is delicious no matter what flavours you like, and the former will clean up most liquid messes, though we haven't tested it on every substance yet. I don't recommend trying.

Writer's block always loosens after a while. My advice would be to try writing something else instead :) (which would be why I have about twenty unfinished docs in my googledocs that I cycle through...)

Which if I remember my genetics correctly suggests to me that heterozygotes (people with one copy of the gene) will display the syndrome.

Which means that if one parent is a heterozygote and one parent is a non-sufferer, their children have a fifty fifty chance of having it. If one parent is a homozygote (has two copies of the gene) then all their children will have it.

He's only got Vrolik's syndrome in his legs (and I have no idea if he's hetero or homozygote). In the ME universe, it's possible to treat, but not cure Vrolik's.
