It's not actually correct HTML to use headers such as <h1>&lt/h1> just to make the font bigger. Headers are block-level tags, like paragraphs (<p></p>), and are used to distinguish structural parts of a document. Changing the appearance of the document, such as the font size and color, is properly done with CSS (which you can learn lots about here, if you really want to).
