We've already had this conversation - multiple times - but I'll say it again. This kind of behavior is not welcome here, and as long as you're going to continue to be melodramatic and/or threatening, please do it elsewhere. The PPC is not the place for this, and a newbie's introduction thread is especially not the place for this.

You just have to check and see if the fics are claimed yet. If they're not, then check and see if they're on the Unclaimed Badfic List. If they aren't, you're safe. If they are, be sure to get an account on the wikia and claim them for later when you can spork them.
At least, that's how I do stuff.
