So, just out of curiosity, since I don't really have anything I need done now, but would you take payments for spells in energy or materials you could use for spellwork?

What do you guys like best about your partner? What irritates you the most about them?

Did you create immortal drugs, or seriously drugged-up mini-Balrogs? :D

They did a good job of picking most of the drug names. A lot of them look like one Elvish or another to even a non-casual glance. Their main problem was liking the letter X too much (it's actually not used at all in late-stage Elvish, though it's usually retained in Helcaraxe), and in thinking Tolkien used some straaaange consonant clusters. I remember a Vf, and a Qv, neither of which look plausible even in early Qenya.

The two that gave me trouble were Imin - until I remembered the fairytale he's from - and Galathil, which I could tell was an Elvish name but couldn't actually remember running into. Which is moderately embarrassing, since his brother is Lord of Lorien, and his daughter was Queen of Doriath.

I'm not gonna say no to either, depending on where they're from. I wasn't exactly raised a picky eater. But, given the choice, I'd say I'm more of a waffles man. They're a bit heartier, and easier to pick apart. Easier to eat on the go, and you can top 'em with just about anything.

"I, I might not be as strong as you, or have the muscles that you do, but I'm quiet and I'm sneaky and I know where to put a dagger to kill things. Had to learn back home. The tako tried desperately to make her brain work while Keegra was that close to her oh sweet heavenly Rl'yeh. "My, um, my friends call me Evard. Well, they mostly call me [succession of blinking lights and quite a lot of mauve], but that's because I haven't really made a lot of friends on the surface yet. Um. Yeah."

Noticing the blush, she raised an eyebrow, knowing too well what it meant. Still, she knelt and put a hand on Evard's shoulder, deciding it would be better to pretend she didn't. "Not need be sorry," she said gently. "All can do is be better. Do best we can, never need be ashamed. And you not need be ashamed, squid-one."

Frankly, I'm surprised I did that well.

Not bad, considering I'm not exactly a Tolkien nut. :P

They are apparently fallen/rogue Jedi who do follow the dark side but don't follow the Sith ideology. The name was coined by Timothy Zhan in 1991, so it's probably fallen into disuse in the new EU.

I think that's another name for Grey Jedi/Force users who don't particularly subscribe to one side or the other.

What exactly does the Continuity Council of Gallifrey-in-Exile do? I ask only because I recently read through a bunch of your old meeting logs, and all you guys seem to do is argue with each other and occasionally mope about something. So yeah: is there something else that you all actually do that I'm missing, or is this like some sort of after-school hobby club?

I thought about posting that quiz, but I forgot, so I'm glad you've done it. I got 28 out of 30, myself, and only had an excuse for missing one of them. I fully expect hS to get them all. {= )

Before I properly answer your question, I must announce that my reply will contain spoilers for both Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance and the Kingdom Hearts series as a whole. I questioned whether this warranted a spoiler warning as Dream Drop Distance was released in 2012, but ultimately went along with her suggestion.

Now, for your question.

According to Dream Drop Distance, Nobodies have always had the ability to develop their own hearts over time. That fact, however, was hidden by Xehanort so that the original members of Organization XIII would feel unbound by morality. Ever since I was made aware of this canonical development, I have come to realize that I have indeed developed a heart—or at very least, a very good semblance of one. My connections with Aiden, Gremlin, and other close friends have aided in this process. The main reason I cannot say for certain is that my origin as a badfic character may muddy the scientific waters, as it were.

I also cannot say for certain, in part, because a certain someone has not written that particular story yet.
