Thanks for the greetings! :)
The quiz said my Patronus is a Wild Boar, but according to my friends they think I'm a Corgi (we had a whole three hour discussion about which animals we are). I wish they would give some sort of explanation as to exactly WHY you get the Patronus you do.
As for House, I'm with the Gryffindors, not because it's the main character's house, but because I feel like it fits my personality the best.

We met... by

....at a cosplay ball at college back on Saint Patrick's Day. He was dressed up as the Tenth Doctor, so of course I had to go tell him I liked his costume. We ended up spending three hours discussing the show and exchanged contact information at the end of the night so we could keep in touch, and I asked him out a few days later.

About San Marino... by

Actually, it was left alone because they supported and sheltered people persecuted for... wanting Italy's unification.
Giuseppe Garibaldi allowed them to stay as their own nation out of sheer gratitude.
Tl,dr: San Marino remained independent because they supported the unification.
Something like that can work only here in Italy.

I think I missed welcoming you last time, so here's two welcome back pizzas to make up for it.
As for what you missed, I'm afraid I can't help much. I've been gone myself for the past week or so, which seems to be when everyone was determined to do all the things.

Naturally, I'm late, but that doesn't mean this Birthday Pizza is any less tasty. Just give it a list of toppings and enjoy.
Oh, and try not to freak out too much over the adulthood thing. It's only a number, after all.

Yet again I am far too late for my traditional salutations to be of much use, but I hope you enjoy your stay with us nonetheless.
For your newbie gifts I present a Replica Holocron and a silver reproduction of your Patronus. If you don't know what your Patronus is you can just saunter over to the link in the Pottermore quiz thread and your figuine will magiccally take shape.
Ain't sorcery grand?
Speaking of Harry Potter, might I enquire which Common Room you call home?

Adulthood is a bit overrated, but you can still enjoy it. Or at least, you can enjoy this black-hole chocolate cake.

Especially not here.
Well, my loyalty to Hufflepuff House wants me to convince you to stay, but given that Pottermore sorted me into Slytherin three times before it got the right House, I can't really blame you for disagreeing with its assessment.
