I am very fond of Moira myself and I'm glad she's got a fan. =) Recruitment is all good and well, but not every Sue is recruitable, and that was a lesson that had to be learned.

So, my reaction to this when I first saw it can be summed up as "Why?", but I figure most of that is due to personal taste and lack of energy, and I don't want to step on other people's fun.

I also have some misgivings about good taste, but TBH I'm less worried about offending authors who are mostly trolls and will probably never see this, more worried about repeating and indeed exaggerating trollish depictions of sensitive issues such as race and self-harm, which I notice have come up in the RP already. Playing Suvians and being silly is probably fine; devolving into a competition of who can be the most insensitive or offensive is definitely not fine.

My advice: Linstar, as the Original Poster, you have some responsibility to ensure your game runs smoothly. Do be careful to keep a lid on that stuff and let people know if they're close to crossing the line. Other Boarders (such as doctorlit, I've seen) will step in if necessary, but try not to let it get that far.

Also, remember that the most successful parodies start from a deep understanding of their subject. If you're going to deconstruct something, you have to know how all the pieces work; otherwise it's not a deconstruction, it's just a mess. In the case of "My Immortal," for instance, we know it's a trollfic, so why do you think the author made the decisions they made? Why do you think they were so successful that the fic became so widely known? How can you emulate their thought process to portray Ebony as faithfully as possible to the real thing while still poking fun at it?

^ Those are rhetorical questions for you and other people to think about; please do not reply with essays on the subject. I will not read them.

TL;DR: Have fun, but do no harm and don't lose your head.

Okay, wow. I loved this. Setting the mission within the actual medium of stage performance is clever and fun, and I especially loved the "subtitles" when the agents were trying to mime information to each other. The ending scene, where the canon and PPC characters all celebrate together, is rather sweet, and it's a unique and medium-appropriate way for canon to return after the Suvian influence ends. All in all, a perfect way to wrap up this little arc of the four getting stuck in RC hook'em horns together!

One important note, though: Urato drops f-bombs a few times in here, but you didn't warn for language in either the Board post or the author's note. We don't want our younger members getting in trouble with parents or teachers reading over their shoulders, so please make sure to do so!

Typos:
" . . . Inasuke thought, switching off the overheating CAD and hoped it wouldn't turn itself back on again."
"Hoped" should be "hoping" to match the same verb tense as "switching off." (Alternatively, "CAD; he hoped" would fit there too, but that's changing a lot more from your original sentence.)

"It felt as though every of his muscle fibers was being torn apart . . ."
This is a weird quirk of English, and I don't think I have any academic way of explaining it, but using "every" like this needs to have "one" after: "every one of his muscles." "Each" can be substituted by itself, "each of his muscles," but I don't think that really works here. It sounds a little too clinical in this context.

—doctorlit doesn't really listen to classical, but he knew two of the songs named here! ("Danse" and "Valkyries.")

Hang on a minute. This wasn't right. This didn't make any sense at all. Women not instantly falling for Rick? What impossibility, travesty was this? Rick stormed up to Makesthings, the only other man in the room.

"I'M NOT A KID!!" He yelled, the spare exclamation mark flying at hypersonic speeds into Sierpinski's breakfast tomorrow, ruining it, "WHAT DID YOU DO!?"

Before giving Makesthings any time to respond, Rick proceeded to grab him with hand by the throat, lifting him up "WHERE IS MINISTER FROLLO!?"

On one hand, in the context of a mission, making up lines for the Sue in reaction to the agents highlights the problems with the Sue (a contrast, if you will). Under certain death, it shows us more of why the Sue is flawed.

On the other, in this RP, you're copying the style of these Sues which, sure, points out the flaws, but the context rubs me the wrong way. It's an RP that makes fun of others' characters in a sort of bad way, I guess? (If any oldbie wants to also weigh in, please do.)

I suppose I'm seeing this from if I were in this situation. Missions provide concrit within the layers of humor. This RP really doesn't. If some were to, say, mission a fanfic I wrote, I would feel hurt, but I would see some of the concrit said, perhaps, and take them to heart. Learn how to fix my mistakes. If, on the other hand, I saw my main character thrown into an RP like this, I would feel more hurt. I would feel like my character was deemed horrible.

This isn't necessarily even touching on the "write like the Suethor" part. If I saw someone mimicking my A/N style or writing my acutal A/N and saying "((yeah, that's what they actually wrote))," it would hurt.

I guess I'm seeing this as someone who knows about the PPC in general and not an outsider, but, at the exact same time, it just doesn't feel right to me. It's probably a personal thing, especially since only one character breaks the "has to be 5 years or older" guideline I had suggested.

I'm not trying to be harsh, just weighing in.
