That's weird… This ain't Paris… Where am I… Where's Claude?

The healthily plump and curvy New World lady of luscious dark caramel brown sugar wild honey molasses skin looked warily around, mind lost in an ellipsis-ridden internal monologue. If everything went according to plan, she would be in 14th-century Paris, shashaying through the streets in anachronistic skanky clothing, feeding modern American food to a medieval Frenchman, then embarking on a night of love and passion with a pious man whose religious code forbade him from having sex. Instead, she landed in this unknown place, surrounded by a crowd that put the wildest Festival of Fools to shame.

Whatever happened, she must get out of here and into the arms of her beloved Judge Claude Frollo.

"Ur here bcoz ur a Marie Sue!!" said a pnik flower. What a preppy color! N den...I atack the flower because it's a prep. But It doesn't have any blood!!!"

What will happed next?

"MAKESTHINGS WHAT DID YOU DO!!! he said. "The Seus are supposed to be in the arena not my office now there running around headquarters! " THen he ran into the Dosat room.

Makesthings the mini-agent sighed. He wasn't even the real Makes-Things. How was he supposed to know what the bloodflower wanted?

And hten....the Bloodflower used his majic Flower Powers to become invincible!!!

Rick appeared in a flash of awesome light, flourishing his katana as he looked at the big flower in front of him. Where was his crowd of adoring women? It'd been ten seconds without affirmation, ten seconds far too long. He flourished his katana, sending lightning and fire shooting from it to be intimidating, and then pointed it at the flower.

"Where's the women!?"

The DIS was founded by the Mysterious Somebody - it's stated somewhere that they're the only department directly created by him. So they didn't have an auspicious start. But they also actively poached from other departments - Dassie and Nyx are both this kind of recruit - so it's not like they just sought out the multiverse's worst or anything.

But this happens in the real world as well. Think of all the cases where police departments, or military units, or government offices are all aware of horrifying behaviour in their ranks, but cover it up and treat it as normal. What's the saying about a few bad apples? Because it's not "should be ignored".

Wow. Just wow.

I really, really, love Moira. She’s the best, very awkward and endearing. I like the trying-to-recruit-the-Sue thing (I want to do a similar thing with one of my Agents) and that helped me see how such a thing could go wrong. Amalthea’s not a fun Sue.

I liked Blank’s grumpiness.

And, um...I can’t think of anything to provide concrit on. Really good job!

I read a little bit of the new mission so far and my only thought is, "Wait, I was supposed to do an easy mission with newbies?!"

...AND it's the day after my birthday! Yes, one year ago today I was feeling very nostalgic indeed, and decided to post on the Board again after over a decade's absence. The whole thing went so well I decided to stick around. I don't post very much, but I have become an expert lurker. I see it all

Anyway, here is a new mission: Moira Magpie and the Power of Words! Moira finally gets to leave HQ as Blank's new partner, in order to battle an HP Mary Sue who got herself adopted by Severus Snape... and then immediately delivered to the Malfoy family to raise for most of the year. (No, they had absolutely no say in the matter.)

I also plan on going through my existing agent pages to do a bit of update and cleanup - since I have my own official character models now (that I have introduced in The World Without Authors' illustrations), I can now do a sweep and finally have their profile pictures all in the same way!

Considering I'm also adding in each page stuff about the Unravel timeline (the one in TWWA), I'm also wondering if it is time to do a page about the Unravel itself? it is kind of an alternate PPC timeline too.
