Welcome to the Board! I offer you this sparkly rock. It makes a lovely paperweight, and may also be used as a projectile weapon or as emergency punctuation.
Someone will be around shortly to give you The Links. I do hope you enjoy your time with us!

By spy, do you mean an agent for the League of Mary Sue Factories, capable of throwing Agents OOC?

This is one of those "so bad he's good" authors. Another one I like (for a very loose definition of "like") is Hans Van Hozel.
http://www.fanfiction.net/u/1730364/HansvonHozel
He apparently wants to write a fic for every fandom on the site, but he's... not very good. Don't miss the Titanic ones or the ones about the Beatles fighting ABBA. Also apparently "danube" is a verb.

G'Day. The name's Candescence, fic writer, RPer, and fan game maker by trade. Video games and anime fandoms I'm most fond of.
By the way, there's a spy over there.

Just because we 'officially' name them "Bleepfics" doesn't mean we can't use other terms for them as well - "Worsefic", I imagine, is going to stay pretty common regardless of whether or not it makes a late break and wins the vote. I just wanted to get one 'standard' term so we could name a wiki article with it, but there's no reason the first line of that article can't be something like, "Bleepfics, also known as worsefics, AUGHfics, and many other such names, are..."
It's up to you. If you're writing a mission and your agents see "Code C" on the monitor, then whether they immediately translated it to "bleepfic" is a matter of your writing and their personalities. :)

When you post these sorts of links, it'd help if you could note the fandom in your subject line, or at least in the post. I was all prepared to read it, until I found it was for a fandom I don't know :(
(Don't worry about not doing so this time, though - half the people on this board don't. I just tend to nag everyone ;) )

Either way he's a complete and total idiot.
Some of the stories are just copy and pasted from the other ones with the character names switched. This isn't writing, this is just complete and total stupidity designed to evoke an angry response in people.
The best thing to do with something like this is to ignore it entirely and move on. There's no point in saying anything about it or reacting at all, because its only purpose is to offend and get others attention, nothing more.

...and the Feline Wizardry saga is my favorite - I actually read those books before the Young Wizards series itself. If you're still looking for a beta, I'd love to help out.
Haven't read Vorkosigan Saga yet, but I hear it is quite good so I've been meaning to put it on my list. :)

I'd say "Evil Andy" would make a decent Agent if he wasn't too homicidal even for that.

So maybe that's the way it'd show up on the console readout when you PPC'd it; but most everybody would just call them "bleepfics"?

Just "Code C", maybe? It's hard to pronounce * marks. The experienced agents could use it, at least...

I think we can probably assume we're going to decide on "Bleepfic"; it's six to two, now seven with my vote.
I like "C*1-level fic", or "Code C*l", too, like "Code 10" (for tenth walker fics); but Bleepfic is more casual and intuitive. Plus, we'd have to explain to the poor traumatized newbies where the "C*" came from, and that's just sadistic.

In and out of existence as well as the house. Jamie, Damon, Dennis Hopper, and Suzi are/were actual people (Dennis Hopper sadly passed away only a couple days back), but 2D and Murdoc are cartoon characters created by Jamie and Damon. Within the Gorillaz cartoon canon that's actually workable, as they occasionally demonstrate knowledge that they are cartoon characters. (Murdoc shrugged off murder charges after using a staged accident during the "El Manana" music video to kill a stalker of his because "I'm a cartoon, I don't even have fingerprints", and 2D claimed paternity suits from non-cartoon women don't stick because he doesn't have any DNA.) However, this fic was posted on a real-person-fic community, so, as you can see, I was a tad confused by the fact that nobody thought anything was odd about the cartoon characters wandering around. Also, even though they're 'toons, they can't shrug off car accidents and they don't normally have Malletspace.

Thus, I will not be volunteering to PPC it. And, while it's perhaps not all that bad compared to many other things, it's still pretty bad. I think it really started getting to me when one of them (don't remember which) started talking about doing a 69. That just sounds like 14 year old boys talking (though probably not to each other), and it completely cracked whatever willing suspension of disbelief I'd had up until then. Oh, and of course the ex-girlfriend randomly popping in. Seems like a lot of people randomly pop into that house at the exact time the plot needs them to...

Bleepfic.
Because it's easy to spell and pronounce, short to type, and perfectly expresses the emotion such fics evoke.
Not that you needed an explanation . . .

I think I might be the only one who's offering who knows the Vorkosigan Saga. But maybe you should also ask someone who knows the feline wizards spinoff a bit better than I do; between us we could figure things out.
