Too small. I mean, Arthur's a cat. Not-so-mini-Arthurs, perhaps? Yes, I have thought of this before, and dismissed Arthur because of his size. Or maybe mini-Lancelots or mini-Gurens. Still Knightmares, but not as common as regular grunt models, and pretty damned scary to see if you're on the opposite side of a fight and just a grunt.

Knightmares are a bit too common, aren't they? I used them as an example before, but I wasn't really planning on using them (if I ever had the chance). How about mini-Arthurs?

she's had nothing to do with minis or OFUs for a long time now. Over two years, if I recall correctly. What did you want to ask her?

OFUs are generally run and administrated independently now, but those who write them are generally connected to the PPC anyway, and it's really just a good idea to make sure no OFU exists for that particular fandom. A specific anime series is perfectly entitled to its own OFU - I was the co-writer of the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles OFU before my partner gave up on it.

On the same note, each anime is permitted to have its own minis, too. You can't just lump the entire diverse field of animes into one category. A mini has to be specific to the fandom. A mini for, say, Bleach would not be the same as one from Fullmetal Alchemist or something.

Please don't take me as an expert on anime - I just happen to know a few of the Boarders who are. I'm speaking more in general fandom terms; you wouldn't lump all vampire stories in as one overarching fandom - there's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dracula, and Twilight, just as examples, and they're all utterly different.

Is having one of your Agents not know it at all, so that the other Agent can legitimately explain bits of it to them, and thus, to the reader.

(Agent Pads frequently drags Agent Trojie through fics in fandoms she has no idea of, so I know it can be done ^_^)

... to stop and exorcise at the end of chapter three of a seventeen-chapter fic, simply because after that chapter, the fic was totally off the map of canon and out into some very strange places indeed and we felt it appropriate to stop it at the main canon breach for the sake of everyone's sanity, including our own.

There are anime canons with their own minis and OFUs out there. Naruto is one that springs to mind immediately, as well as Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2.

What would you use as a mini in Code Geass? Mini-Knightmares? If so, which model Knightmare?

For those who might not know and because I like explaining things- AAR is After Action Report. Basically someone writing about a game they have played after playing it. This is a simply epic AAR of Civilization 4.

Basically, anyone who has played it remembers how there only seems to be one leader of each country for over a thousand years. This AAR takes that and turns the leaders into actual immortals.

No other Writer of the PPC seems to have written a mission about Code Geass yet (It's an anime). Do animes have their own minis? If there aren't could I make up my own?

P.S. I want to write an OFU for Code Geass, but there's already one for 'Anime', so I'm not sure if I can. Plus, is Miss Cam around? She's not replying to my emails, and I don't want to nag her too much.

You can post PPC missions there, but the rampant Mary Sueism on that particular site ensures most PPC adventures a, shall we say, speedy and involuntary removal from the Pit premises.

If you have your own website, you can host them there. If you have a livejournal, you can host them there, too. (I'd recommend creating either separate tags or a separate "memories" folder, though. Alternatively, you can create a new LJ just for your agents.) We also have a community LJ where spin-offs can be posted. We're really not picky about where it is, as long as we can get to it.
And whatever you do, don't forget to link it here when you're done!

Hassa-loo-sah! Praised be the PPC! I only managed to get to chapter four before my brain near imploded and I turned to the Silmarillion for a nice dose of good writing. good... good MONKEYS! erm... writing.

On a side note, where should I host my mission reports should I be accepted. Is Livejournal best or should I stick to the Pit?

You don't have to go through the whole fic before killing the Sue. Just as long as you wrack up enough major charges (which it seems you have), you can kill her whenever it is most dramatically appropriate to your mission.

Have I got enough of a charge list?

It's called Pain. The title is listed on our agent pages. It's apt. It's been there for almost a year now. It just... sits there. Occasionally, when Trojie's feeling very brave, she opens the doc, stares in blank horror for a while, writes a line, and then goes to gibber in a corner.

It does, however, contain bits of our personal canon that have been referenced later. We sort of view it as, well, there must be a lot more missions take place than just the ones that are recorded (otherwise some agents are slacking big time). So, for now, Pain is an unrecorded mission, and one day it'll be recorded. In the meantime, we sit and weep.

Other than that? We get ideas while talking over gchat while writing in gdocs, but not all the ideas we come up with end up getting worked in. No full scenes that were deleted though.

I just can't get it right can I? Oh well no harm done; and thank you Indemaat, and thank you Araeph for correcting my mistakes. Good thing I haven't sent anything yet or I'd look like a compete dork. I'll fix this and finish the mission before reposting. Oy vay.

Oh and before I forget, when should I kill the sue? I'm only on the fourth chapter and I've racked up 103 separate charges, And Eight (count them) Geographical aberrations, of which there are 2 banks (U.S., France), 6 freaking mansions (U.S., U.K., France) and a loft (U.K.) to burn down, 6 mini-Aragogs, and 3 Mini-balrogs. And I've still got eight chapters left. I don't know how much more I can take. Can I PLEASE kill her yet? Oh and she was disabled because of Mr. Dursley beating her, but her wand is made of 'Galadriel's hair, the 'heart tree' of rivendel, a bone from the Balrog Gandalf slew, And hair from Lord Elronds head'. WHISKEY TANGLE FOXTROT! And I've still got eight freaking chapters, and the thing isn't even finished.

PLEASE, for the love of The Flying Spaghetti Monster let me kill her now before I lose my nerve and never become an Agent because I'm drooling in the Psych Ward due to Brain trama because I stabbed myself in the eye with a dull spoon.

That was me not taking time to look something up because I had to clear the dinner table.

I'll be sure to get writing, so that way if I do become accepted I have an initial thing to put out, as opposed to being accepted and then two weeks later putting my first mission out.
