1) Universes don't get PPC'd - fics do. The Spies who trawl for badfic submit reports when they find fics that require PPCing. This is what the Department of Intelligence does.

2) Only if they're an ex-Sue or semi-fic blip, I suspect. Being part-anything, part-human tends to be considered Sueish, and you'd need a good justification for doing it.

3) Depends on what works best for the story. If it would be handy for them to be bit characters, then treat them as such. If they would only get in the way, send 'em to the CAF agency, pretty much. Unless, despite not being able to talk, they display definite intelligence, in which case they'd be bits, I suspect.

4) Do you mean a typo in the original published book? It might create something, not necessarily a mini.

I'll answer question 4.

Possibly. It depends on whether fanfic writers use said misprint as canon in their fanfics. A good example is in the Official Fanfiction University of Redwall, where one of the students read an earlier edition of Redwall, which had a misprint that Killconey the ferret was a girl. As a result, said student was responsible for the creation of Girl!Killconey, or Konnie as she is often referred to.

Well, here are sme questions that relate to my planned PPCing.

1. How do the Flowers tell when a universe needs to be PPCed?

2. Is it possible for an Agent to be 1/8 Elf, 1/4 Numenorean, and 5/8 plain human?

3. Is it okay to count Warriors badfic characters that are redeemable as CAFs because they can't talk, despite possible sentience?

4. Would a misprint in the canon produce a mini?

The character Jaya Ballard, a fire-wielding wizard from Magic: The Gathering, has some great quotes along the same lines:

I've heard most of my favorite game quotes when my big bro plays L4D. In the opening cinematic, after the four main characters fight their way through a horde of ravenous zombies and make it safely to a rooftop, I love the exchange of:

"We made it! I can't believe we made it!"
"Son, we just crossed the street."

I think I heard another version of it somewhere else, but I can't remember where. For some reason, it seems like something agents would say to each other in an argument.

But you might be a bit overqualified.

there is a crossover between Command and Conquer and Harry Potter. why am I not surprised? it doesn't seem too horrible, and the writer did say that it was an AU.

Basically, rocks fall, everyone dies. Also, a monster from "Dexter's Lab" appears as an experiment, Pleakley kidnaps Ben Stiller, Cobra Bubbles is killed by Osama bin Laden (and is FBI, not CIA), and there's this subplot about Houdini trying to gain confidence that never goes anywhere.

There ARE actually some good parts to it, particularly, Jumba's ex-wife makes a great villain, and chapter 6 is fun. But that's not enough to save it. The author admits that the entire plot is lifted from Sonic Heroes; I've never played that, so I don't know the extent of the plagiarism, but it's probably a lot.

And guess what? It ends with ANOTHER sequel hook, as Hamsterviel downloads his mind into the Internet and Jumba creates three new experiments.

it probably depends on where in the PPC you're applying. Medical, for example, or maybe the Department of Mary Sue Experiments and Research.

I wonder why you need a degree in science for a job in the PPC...

And the Dalek speech is something that Ugolino picked up on, not me. I have a rather rudimentary knowledge of the Whoniverse; my reasons for picking this fic were the technical errors more than anything. And as anybody who's ever had me beta for them knows, I can't stand technical errors. :P

Good MST though. Also, that fic had way too many technical errors.

About the ^%*||+- bit... Daleks print out parts of NetHack levels and stick them to walls? Even with no knowledge of the continuum, that still seems pretty stupid to me. It's either that or the author thinks they speak in ASCII.

Though not much interested in online marketing.

I am not pleased with this author. Digimon badfic, Tai/Sora romance/angst-- description says it's written in relation to the song by Bullet For My Valentine (that means it's a songfic, right?).

Turns Sora into a black-clad cutter, ruins her parents' relationship as a plot device to induce the former (plus making them hate her, which is so noncanon it HURTS), lots of senseless angst and purple prose.

Also makes Tai pretty depressive and listless, which is totally in opposition to his gogglehead personality (seriously, he says "distraught" at one point. Come on, I doubt Tai knows what that means).

I don't know if it would do any internal damage, but you could always try sulfur mustard, also known as mustard gas. it causes horrendous burns. that would be very humiliating to a Sue. or if you are aiming for long term unconsciousness you could use EA-3167, which would cause the victim to remain unconscious for several days with a very small dose(injected into the bloodstream). or, again, for burns or blisters, Lewisite. I would imagine it would have a similar affect to the mustard gas.

Nin has been off the radar for several months. Since she's in the army, I'm hoping very hard that she's okay.

It's been so very long since she took this mission and I felt it was time her hard work was shown. If she doesn't show up then eventually I'll do the second half, but I hope you enjoy what's here.
