She had left his office as ordered, but her wanderings had not yet led to her RC. Tath had found several broom cupboards, holding everything from some tatty-looking Cleansweep Fives to a rather frightening-looking Hoover that may have been sentient. She'd also found Medical, a black door emitting ominous whirrings, and thirty-five different varieties of scorch-marks.

The Cafeteria was loud, filled with oddly-dressed and -shaped Assassins, Pyros, Floaters, Exorcists, and more.

Tath cleared her throat, "Ehm, excuse me. Would anyone be willing to help me with my first mission? I haven't got a partner yet."

My envy knows basically no bounds. I really love linguistics, and was planning to major in it at one point (then I went to classical studies, then I went to Latin Teaching, then I went back to classical studies . . . then I dropped out of college to move to England. Ahh, my life)

True. Not the lemons, there is NO WAY IN HELL I am reading the Spear Incident or any of "Little Miss Mary" aloud. But "soulless shell" and "Blood omen" would work for people with reasonable lung capacity.
