I usually give Generic Cake - not sure if that's the same thing as Convenient Cake. Have some anyway, then you can do a taste-test and find out!

Thank you for what you've done throughout this whole mess too - zBram's been really focused on you, and I can't imagine how stressful that is. On re-reading the times you denied her permission, I'm struck by how much help you gave - you explained things multiple times, and I honestly can't think of how I could have done so with any more patience or care.

As is my custom, have a triple chocolate (as in chocolate with chocolate chips and chocolate icing) cupcake!
Don't forget to blow out the candle!

David Tennant = Tenth Doctor = ten = one David Tennant. A useful unit of measurement picked up from a panel at a small con. And now you know. {= )

The big ball of mostly rock and metal we all live on has made it around the sun just about 23 times since I was born!
Therefore, as is tradition, let's all have some Convenient Cake!

Lessee... early 2000s kid.
I remember getting really, really invested in Dragon Booster, a show very loosely based on Arthurian legends about dragon racing, and W.I.T.C.H., which was actually my first real introduction to Magical Girls. They came on one right after the other on Saturday mornings, so I always made sure to get up extra early for them. If I got up early enough, I'd also get to watch that X-Men cartoon with the awesome theme song. I was obsessed enough that I used to run around on my knuckles like Beast until my mom told me to knock it off.
As I got a bit older, it was Avatar: The Last Airbender. My brother and I had friends over when the season 3 finale aired; everyone cried when we realized a part of our childhood had ended.
Baby bro and I also watched a load of old Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry episodes that had been collected into DVD boxed sets. Good times... good times.

What I remember most is hardly ever getting to see the ones I really liked, such as Gargoyles. The angst appealed to me then as now, but I was hardly ever around when it was airing for some reason.
Same with David the Gnome, though I did recently get to watch most of it because a friend of mine has it on DVD. Good stuff. David helped inspire my interest in (fantasy) herbalism. {= ) Its age really shows in the portrayal of female gnomes, but it's still definitely something I'd recommend to anyone who likes Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, etc. That and/or the sort of down-to-earth "a magical world is right under our noses if we only look for it" fantasy aesthetic.
What else... hm. I watched Nickelodeon and Fox Kids a whole lot, but I don't remember having strong feelings about most of the programming...
Oh, Spider-Man, though. I really liked that at the time (does not hold up so well on review as an adult, though!). Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, too, which I haven't seen since to judge.
I definitely remember Digimon, but I don't know if I really liked it that much? I saw it as off-brand Pokémon, and I for sure wasn't really into the Pokémon anime. I did get emotional about Wizardmon, but that arc happened right around when I stopped watching.
I was also in the Adult Swim demographic, and that was my first exposure to a lot of great anime, like Cowboy Bebop, which is definitely the best of a pretty good lot, IMO. I'd recommend that to anyone for the soundtrack alone.
