Kaguya would be the sweet osmanthus, because that's the flower on his clan emblem. It's also associated with the moon in East Asian mythology, and is known for beautifying qualities. All criticisms and flames about his vanity welcome.

Momoka's name literally means "peach flower". No brainer there. The in-universe justification for her name is explained here.

Inasuke: the gypsophila; it looks adorable, and one of its possible meanings in Japanese floriography is "innocence".

Urato: red gerbera. In Japanese floriography, the gerbera means "always improving" or "hope"; the red variant also means "unending battle".
