Yep, it's pretty simple, feel free to share what kind of flowers you think best represent your agents. Probably not Flowers though, that would be weird.
What would a narcissus be like as a Flower?
Well, Nume is easy: Stinging nettle. It's not showy and can only be handled with care, and in Victorian floriography it signifies cruelty or rudeness—but also protection. It's a nutritious herb, and in folklore it has the power to basically do a Return to Sender on curses.
Everyone else is harder, haha.
For Ilraen I'm going with bluebell. It's blue. It's associated with loyalty, constancy, and gratitude. And apparently it can be used to make a glue that used to be used in bookbinding, so that's cool!
Gall, without spending too much time overthinking it, can be a snapdragon, because it sounds good. {= ) Also has a meaning of presumption, which also sounds about right.
I'd like for Derik to be something known to exist on Pern, maybe an Artemisia species like mugwort (attested) or wormwood (speculative; has floriography meanings of absence and bitter sorrow, but also "do not be discouraged"). On the other hand, there's a flower known as lionsheart that signifies bravery, and is also known as false dragonhead, which is hilarious. ^_^
As for Jenni, I'm absolutely spoiled for choice and I can't make up my mind. She's just, like, a whole bouquet of medicinal herbs, haha.
~Neshomeh enjoyed this question.
Folklore about it is pretty much entirely positive, not to mention its seemingly plausible efficacy at treating depression. Weirdly, Victorian floriography gives it meanings of animosity and superstition, which makes no sense to me.
But then there are other wonderful herbs like echinacea, cardamom, bergamot/monarda, meadowsweet, willow, linden, yarrow, comfrey, rose geranium, melissa, maidenhair fern, jasmine...! And we can't forget camellia (tea)! {X D

And its Japanese name means "brother slayer" 😐
Nikki Cherryflower, as a Sakura Kinomoto badfic clones, is of course associated with cherry tree flowers. However, while Sakura is associated with Japanese cherry blossoms (the beautiful pink ones, and what her name literally means) since Nikki is based on the Italian dub and is, well, written by an Italian I associate her more with the white flowers of the fruit-bearing varieties of cherry trees more common around here. Which fits well with her signature color being white. Hilariously, one of the spelling for "Nikki" in Japanese contains the kanji for hollylock instead. I'm actually making it a plot point in TWWA soon...
The others... I never really associated any of them with any flower in particular, though Corolla is technically the name for the crown of petals of a flower in Italian. It is not the source of her name, though, as she is a character from the Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha universe and so the naming scheme comes from cars (the Toyota Corolla in her case)
I think an interesting pick for her would be a peach blossom. Toyota is based in Aichi prefecture and (according to Wikipedia) the city of Toyota, formerly Koromo, grows peaches as part of its agriculture. It works well with Nikki's cherry blossoms, but the peach blossom is different in shape and often brighter in colour. They're also more attention-grabbing than cherry or plum blossoms, as they have multiple flowers on a branch.
Hope this was at all useful. =]
Since Sakura's brother, Touya, has a name that is written with the kanji for "peach". And Corolla's legal identity in Sergio and Nikki's universe is that of Corolla Cherryflower, Nikki's younger adoptive sister (something they had Keiko believe while trying to keep her away from the weirdness of their pre-retirement lives).
Charlie: An asphalt dandelion. Yellow, difficult to kill, and does not look like they should still be alive considering where they are and what they are.
Jiwon: Korean rose, Hibiscus syriacus. Perhaps a bit stereotypical, but he's proud of his heritage, and for all that he whines and mopes during missions he's slightly hardier than appearances would suggest. Not by much, though - the hibiscus is still but a flower, and Jiwon is still only Jiwon.
Ocotillo: I have to stretch connections a little, but I really can't pass up the opportunity to go with her namesake. A cactus named 'little torch' feels apt for a dragon, even if she's the largest PPC character I've seen since, like, 2015. The plant grows fast at the base but slows considerably after, which parallels her journey pretty well as a bare-bones bit that grew a personality with seemingly no setup, but hasn't developed much further due to lacking true memories and experiences a culture implant alone can't provide (it's just missing the self-loathing voices)
Kaguya would be the sweet osmanthus, because that's the flower on his clan emblem. It's also associated with the moon in East Asian mythology, and is known for beautifying qualities. All criticisms and flames about his vanity welcome.
Momoka's name literally means "peach flower". No brainer there. The in-universe justification for her name is explained here.
Inasuke: the gypsophila; it looks adorable, and one of its possible meanings in Japanese floriography is "innocence".
Urato: red gerbera. In Japanese floriography, the gerbera means "always improving" or "hope"; the red variant also means "unending battle".
Wobbles the Clown: A daisy. Specifically, a big plastic daisy that squirts water out of the middle. It's a cheap gag, and a fake flower, but it's to make children laugh.
The Notary: A Moonlight Bloom. It's a Gallifreyan flower with silver petals - which fits her colour scheme - but was also used to symbolise cowardice during the Time War.
Doktor Trollenfisch: A neon-pink chrysanthemum bought for three quid a bunch from a petrol station. He doesn't care where you're from, only that you're happy.
Gabrielle: A white rose. She's a hopeless romantic, chronically unsure of herself, and not as delicate as she thinks she is. She's also healing.
Algernon, 7th Earl Wymbourne: A Madonna lily, Lilium candidum. In the Long Eighteenth Century, lilies were seen as symbols of purity and innocence; while his innocence, and that of his son, was taken by a Suvian posing as his wife, he has not given up on her, nor upon his marriage.
Lola: Sidebells penstemon. Clusters of flowers fit a commander, and the bright blue represents her colours; they are also found growing around Cheyenne Mountain, where the base of XCOM is located in her home fic.
Zara says she’d probably be a dandelion. She refuses to provide an explanation.
Diamond says she’s a Lily of the Valley because it’s elegant and beautiful just like her. She’ll get back to you on any comments about her ego.
Doom says flowers are for kids. As his author, I’d say he’s probably a cactus.
Thalia wants to be a Corpse Flower sheerly because she finds them cool. I’m not debating her tastes but corpse flowers are cool and rather pretty, despite the smell.
Meg refuses to comment.
Lindell says he’d be a cornflower because they’re blue and his favorite color is blue.
Blank is a cactus. Low-maintenance yet all needles out. She may eventually become one of those massive cacti that birds nest in and bats feed on the nectar of, but at the moment she's a little too prickly.
Moira is...jasmine. Sweet-smelling, very nice in tea. The scent is also soothing, which helps against her very irritable partner.
Autumn is a bright red pelargonium. Cheerful, colourful, and makes a house a home. (There is also absolutely a case to be made that Blank and Autumn are two trees that grew side by side and has fused together as a result, but it's not really important what kind of tree they are.)
Buddy is a climbing vine of some sort. Bit clingy. Trying to find his way up a wall.
Summer is a dandelion. Fun, bright, playful, but also pretty tough. Unless you catch her at a bad time, where she may fall to bits if you blow on her.
Mina would be a poppy, maybe? Carlisle would probably be a Venus flytrap.
