As mentioned in Ls's post, ficverse fusions have occurred before. I'd argue an advanced case of instance theory happened in Andy and Saphie's Suedom where an unsustainable amount of Mary Sues were created by the Bridge, causing multiple Mary Sues to show up in the same locations trying to target the same characters.
There's also an unpublished-but-still-being-written cowrite between me, Zing, and hS where two separate missions end up merging because so many of the details of the Sues were the same. Two purportedly-different Sues recycled the same names for themselves and Random Elves in their vicinity, used the same Cute Animal Friend (a Cold-drake named Shadow), and bam.

I shall introduce my theory for what happens to multiple badfics taking place in the same event: instance theory. For those familiar with MMORPGs, many games have what are called "instanced" maps, in which there are multiple copies of the map and each player visiting that map is on a copy, thus will not see other players also there. I'd like to imagine that each badfic takes place in an instance of the original canon, and if left untreated will start to "merge" with the canon instance. In many cases the badfic instances end up "merging" together, leading to what happens in the mission up there; whether one badfic can "see" another badfic depends on this "merging".

Helmet-hair's story sounded sad, but a lot of HQ denizens had similar sad stories! Poor kid must have had it pretty rough, camping out with that memory in their head. Maybe he could convince Leto to give them some chocolate in addition to the food and the toiletries --
Wait. Neo groaned as he realised he'd been thinking about their destination. HQ immediately picked up on that, and the corridors shifted.
((Leaving the new location open for you to decide where they've gone! Just can't be the General Store, ahah.))

You'd basically just end up replicating GAFF with even more wank because other people can freely edit, plus someone is bound to get you reported to the wiki site for harassment or something. People with less scruples about attacking fic authors will absolutely use it as another tool in their arsenal.
Speaking as an oldbie who's also been in non-PPC-related fandom and who once had her fic blacklisted/called "sh*t" by some wank-starting teenagers because they didn't like one of the ships she tagged for... just please don't.
Also, as hS probably pointed out to you, starting a new thread with each question that you have pushes other pages off the front, which is frustrating because it raises the likelihood that someone isn't going to see something they needed to see. This question and the question just below it could have been nested in one of your other front-page conversations about badfic. While we're all happy to see the Board get more activity, please be cognisant of others and try not to treat the front page as a personal social media account.

Despite not fitting most of the criteria, I'd still consider StWWX Legendary. by

It proved that the metadata of a fic on AO3 is as much part of the reading experience there as the fic itself, the fic itself became a monster to justify the metadata, and the controversy surrounding it caused AO3 to install tag limits. But I might be running more on "it's Legendary because fandom at large and even non-fanfic-reading normies know of it/hate it", which is different from "it's Legendary because most PPCers have heard of it and hate it".

I'd imagine we're waiting until the gigantic RP dies down before adding another gigantic thread up above it. Every new thread pushes everything else down, so we try not to post too much 'over the top of' very active threads.
The new article is very clear: it says "do whatever". There are no restrictions on what you can use as your writing sample.

Not trying to seem mad or anything, but I think that's a bad idea.
You see, when we note badfic, we don't try and be obvious about it, if that makes sense. We're a badfic-sporking organization, so we have to keep records, but we also try not to call attention to all badfic.
A wiki to list badfic would (and could and probably will) lead to author-bashing, or (at the very least) some sort of flame war between authors and the Wiki. The Horrible section on Fanfic on TvTropes had to be taken down because of Flame and Edit wars, if I recall correctly.
Also, it would lead to a lot of feelings being hurt. It would lead to some people putting up pages just to attack the author of the fanfic. It's just a bad idea, really. Besides, what would really define badfic that would be on a "bad fanfiction wiki?" Here, we typically list in Unclaimed Badfic the type of badfic that can be missioned, with a little blurb on the badness. With a wiki, I'd assue that there would be pages dedicated to the badfic listed (which, I mean, we do, but only those in the Legendary Badfic or Bleepfic catogories, and it's not the sole thing we do), which will cause feelings being hurt, flame wars, and authors attacking, among other things.
I really don't think it's a good idea.
TL;DR: It's a bad idea because it would cause authors to feel hurt and attack the Wiki for being listed, as well as cause flame and edit wars and possibly some other nasty things.

Rose nodded. Preserving some level of normalcy was probably a good idea for morale. From her bag, she grabbed a device which looked like an older-generation R.A. attached to a radar gun.
