As for what I personally hate, Legendary-wise... by

For Your Eyes Only. I haven't even read the fanfic (just the mission) but from the mission alone I... can't. I don't know why some of the Naruto characters are sentient beings but are also pets, the mpreg is just shivers it makes no sense to me, even though I have read a lot of mpreg. Those Stus truly are something to me. And the frog scene... shivers
I don't understand what the badfic was going for, but... it was something.

Honestly, I should have just gone wiki-ing (if that’s a verb) rather than bother the Board. Oh well.

Legendary Badfic have pretty solid critera. by

Here's what the Wiki says¹:
For a badfic to be considered Legendary, it must:
- Be at least five years old.
- Return a decent number of relevant Google hits from the past year, indicating that people are still talking about it. (You can select "Past year" in Google's Search Tools.) A "decent number" is at least five in the first two pages of results, i.e. 5 in 20, on the assumption that there are probably more hidden in the depths of the Internet. (This expectation may be lightened for very old fics, on a case by case basis.) Ideally, the search should be performed on the fic's title without quotation marks, since this demonstrates the fic's notoriety, but anything that gets the job done is okay. Hits on/related to a PPC mission to the fic don't count.
- Be famous in its own right, not because of the author/sequel/prequel/fanart/whatever.
- Be acknowledged as awful by a majority of PPCers with an opinion.
Bleepfic is considered to be, according to its article, "those badfics as painful and terrible to read as any Legendary Badfic, but not well-known enough by the community to be considered truly legendary." So, probably, bleepfic would also have to be voted on by the community, but it does not need Google Stats to prove that it is well-known.
Basically, legendary badfic has to be well-known for their badness (and solely that) and be acknowledged as awful enough to be legendary, as well as being old enough for the title. They are also often NSFW and NSFB, to boot.
¹Modified slightly because I don't know how to do those fancy "list within a list" things.

Shpx. Now it comes back to bite me, she thought. Here goes. "I was in the Underworld, making a bridge to stand on so I could get from one tower to the next without getting in the lava. I was looking for treasure. There's some useful stuff to be found down there. There's some pretty tough monsters, too. I was getting near the end of the world, when one of those flying devil things attacked me. I killed it, and then I heard something drop. Not coins. It sounded different. Then I heard screams. It was Seth screaming, and I don't know how he got there. He reached out to me but I wasn't fast enough and then it came and I didn't have time to think about him because then it tried to kill me and I had to fight... I won."

One—when are we going to elect the PGs? We’ve updated the article...is there any reason there’s no PG election thread?
Two—Can I use a short mission for a Permission request? The new article’s not super clear on that.

(Warning: Spoilers!)
This is a good twist. I like that the Word Worlds collided. But maybe you could’ve shown a bit more of the badfics? I was a tad confused for a bit.
The description “stranger fairy Helena” just seems really awkward to me. Maybe “the stranger, a fairy called Helena” would be better?
I thought that the paragraph where the prose explained what happened could have perhaps shown a little more.
Anyway, I liked, exited to see the next part.

This is a nice interaction! The personalities of both characters really stand out against each other. I like that Boadicea is unfamiliar with what HQ is, but is also very observant of what she's seeing, and quick to analyze it. Meanwhile, Finola is clearly pretty old hat with the PPC, but not so great at handling newcomers, and a bit brusque overall when talking to people. It makes for some great character dialogue!
One note on punctuation: There are a couple spots where Finola's speech occupies multiple paragraphs. When that happens, the second paragraph should start with an extra quotation mark to show the reader it's still dialogue.
"Sort of like this.
"Followed by this."
(You guys are correct that the first paragraph of dialogue should not have a quotation mark at the end.)

Ah, a new spin-off begins!
This mission has a lot of your agents reacting to the Words, but not much interacting with each other. It's nice to get to know what sort of people they are, even on a mission! You did, however, come up with some pretty amusing jokes created from the Words, though, so that was fun! I especially liked the exclamation points shooting up from underground, rather than the usual raining from the sky.
See you in part 2!

Neither of them were particularly comfortable with the idea of outsiders trying to infiltrate HQ, particularly if they planned to eavesdrop on the DIA. "Maybe one of us should go with the group trying to investigate the DIA," offered Bill. "Less of a chance of the Security Dandelions getting you if we're there."
"But we'd also like to at least cover our bases with the Suvian theory," added Lori. "I had thoughts of looking through the Mary Sue Factories -- perhaps the... events... haven't affected the Defectives."
