Although the absolute worst those things can get is "lazy and garish," thankfully.

I quite like it. One suggestion, though: Given that the PPC is notoriously Not Serious, if I were you I'd put one last line at the very end there that comepletely contradicts all the Seriousness and makes readers laugh. Something like:
* ...carry out these tasks by any and all means at our disposal (provided we have a decent supply of Bleeprin and chocolate).
* ...So mote it be (unless we can fool the Flowers).
*... (now go away so we can sleep!)
I'm not great with this kind of one-line witty humour, but do you see what I mean? The above ideas probably aren't any good - we still want to make it a pledge, just a pledge in PPC-style rather than that of a bratty child.

I was cackling when I found it, hence why it is on my profile on ff.net. I -really- dislike Rose (she was OK with Nine, but she should not have stayed on with Ten)...
Oh Lord don't go on about CoE. One of my friends -refuses- to watch Day 4 (I think?) because she's a massive Ianto fan... Kinda the same reason I didn't watch End of Time (denial...). It was epic even if it left me in tears.

We, The Protectors of the Plot Continuum, do hereby, in the name of all free beings in this multiverse, solemnly publish and declare our intentions:
To fight and oppose the distortion of the worlds in this multiverse.
To oppose and rectify the distortion of any free being in this multiverse.
To bring about the destruction of any and all unnatural beings that exist in this and any other multiverse.
To maintain the boundaries between worlds in this multiverse and any other multiverse that exists.
To make all beings in this multiverse forever free of all unjustified torment, distortion, defilement, and death.
To these ends, we pledge our property, our honor, our sanity, and our lives so that we may carry out these tasks by any and all means at our disposal. So mote it be.

You should have done this as a reply to your original post. Every new post pushes an old post off the front page, and an even older post off of the board entirely. So, if you have something that is closely related to a recent topic, you should post it there.
That aside, this is a much better creed. I think, however, that the repeated "by any and all means at our disposal" needs work. It only needs to be said once, probably at the beginning or the end.

A revised version of the PPC creed I came up with a few days ago, though now it is more of an oath than a creed. The first line to refer to stopping badfic in general. Line two is about fixing characters and bringing them back to normal for them. This includes badslash, bashing, and OOC. Line number three is the simple one, killing Sues. Line four refers to undoing and preventing bad crossovers. I will admit that I have a weakness for crossovers, but that does not stop me from seeing red when I find a bad one. Unfortunately for me, about 95% of all crossovers qualify as bad. Back to the point, line five is is more of less a catch basin for anything I forgot or did not cover in earlier lines. As with last time, feel free to add lines.
