I was wondering the same thing about mini-Rancors, but considering we don't even have an OFU posted anymore...
Also, could someone explain why they're mini-Aragogs, not mini-Acromantulas?

I for one would be a lot more comfortable if the actual banning was done by PGs, or at least with their approval. Not commenting deliberately on the specifics of MAX being banned (I wasn't on chat at the time), but more as a general procedural thingy.

That makes sense. We don't have many drunks lolling around HQ avoiding their missions, and we probably shouldn't let it. Maybe alcohol just doesn't have a lasting effect?

I don't think I've seen either Hook or the new film, but it sounds bad. Anyone who doesn't know the difference between a word and a number is bad news in my book and gives me unfortunate flashbacks to My Immortal. Not that I got past the third paragraph of that mess...

Is it stronger than Bleepsinthe? I have my agent hungover from the stuff, which, I assume, means that she was drunk at some point.

Since The Jungle Book has few fanfics based off it and Kipling's character are public domain (so legally anyone can use them however they want). I decided to become more familiar with all the cannon and sub cannon (ie non Barrie or play based) Peter Pan fan fics. I started with Hook as there were only ten fics listed. I didn't make it all the way through the first one: Hook: A Retelling Rated R for sex.
To start off they made John and Micheal twins for no reason and (as is usual in sub cannon) made Peter smart though maybe smarter than he should be. The Sue is aimed at Rufio (the author states right off that this is a cross between the new Peter Pan movie and Hook. I read the first three chapters and skimmed up til chapter twelve(there's thirteen chapters in all so far). If it helps anyone they made Peter (and Rufio) 16 (and the author doesn't figure out the difference between numbers as in chat speak and numbers as in words til maybe half way through the thing). Oh and the first paragraph is 90% yelling with caps lock on.

But I'd suggest that our pseudo-alcoholic Bleeproducts (synthesised alcohol, if I recall correctly, to avoid explosions) only cause inebriation if it would be funny. Otherwise, they just numb the pain and allow the Agets to get on with their jobs as normal.
Of course, Bleepsinthe has a massive effect in any case, and that's the strongest stuff I'm currently aware of.

I'm a PG but I have no idea what's been going on in the chat rooms, and I certainly wasn't the one who banned him. If there's a PG willing to stick their own nose in, fine, but I think you have to at least give your 'vote' one way or another since (unless I'm very much mistaken) you were the one who originally banned him.

Take a look at the wiki article.
As far as I know, yes. I doubt agents would mix the two if there weren't inebriating side-effects.

Wow, how many PPCers are in/around the Seattle area? This is quite exciting! I know I've mostly just been a lurker, but I do live in Tacoma and it would be awesome to actually meet some people face to face. My days off work are Tuesday and Wednesday (and possibly Monday).

I love much of Rudyard Kipling's work especially his Mowgli stories. Like Peter Pan I prefer the books to the movies but I've seen most if not all the movies there are based off of the stories about Mowgli and I've seen a /little/ of the cartoon series based off the books as well. I know there is one badfic in this fandom. There are many that just use Kaa which would be fine as Kipling's stories are public domain now except they use Disney's version of Kaa (because they couldn't invent a snake with hypnotic eyes themselves for some reason).

Regarding Bleepka by

I wasn't sure, but do Bleepka and the other alcoholic Bleep varieties cause inebriation? Rule of Funny would suggest that they do (drunk agents + weapons + Sues = potential hilarity) but I don't want to mess with canon if that wouldn't agree with what's been written in the past.
