It's what the PPC does best: takes the incomprehensible and makes it humorous. It could almost be a real-life representation of our mission.

We'll be mocking the weirdest building in the world. Not the empty space. Really.

Seattle Gathering! by

An intrepid Yankee PPCer (VixenMage) is making a trip to our fair Emerald City this August, and we decided that this would really make for an excellent Gathering opportunity. The current (very rough) plans call for staring at the landed UFO, mocking of the , riding the monorail, and checking out the rather awesome library. Pike's Place Market (flying fish and all) and clam chowder are also definitely on the menu.
VM will be in the area for Aug. 2 through 8, so whenever in the middle-ish of that window works for everyone is the when. We'd be starting (and ending) at Seattle Center, unless anyone objects.

Thank you everyone for your input. I would like to get into badfic sporking... I just want to make surer my characters are good, and the sample writing thing has put me on edge, seeing as my last attempt was more or less a flop. I'll still be working on it, though,
And one more thing- my last question inolved the exorcism of video games, and I guess I should clarify. See, I don't actually play a lot of video games, nor do I have some of the systems/games for the ones I do like, so I'm wondering what I could use for exorcisms. Maybe my other agent could have a few...

...but I'd probably end up suffering a Bleeprin OD within ten chapters. I'd rather not have to pay FicPsych a visit after my first mission.
Indeed, perhaps it'd be best to leave this catastrophe to more experienced Agents.

Hey, I ran the message through an ETAOIN SHRDLU code breaker (and Google), and this is what I know/have:
• These aren’t scrambled letters
• It might be a substitution cipher, but probably not.
• If it is, this is a chart of the most probable substitutions (left side = original letter, right side = possible letters it stands for).
o U – E
o K – N/S/H/R
o I – N/S/H/R
o C – N/S/H/R
o W – T/A
o R – D/L/U/C/M
o A – T/A
o B – N/S/H/R
o S – D/L/U/C/M
o N – O/I
o T – D/L/U/C/M
o O – D/L/U /C/M
o X – O/I
o F – D/L/U/C/M
• Using this key, I’ve gotten nothing but gibberish so far, but I haven’t tried all the combinations yet. Any who want to try their hand at code breaking can feel free to play around with it.
• All that said, it’s more likely a CHED (Constructed Homophonic English Dialect) than anything else, although I can’t seem to crack it. I’ve looked on Google as well and have found a number of people who seem to speak it, but refuse to talk about what the nine hells it is. These people are:

o http://www.flickr.com/people/sprytaen/
o http://nousername08.deviantart.com/
o http://edorisuke.deviantart.com/
• These are all I’ve found, but there are probably others.

Have a welcoming hug or glomp, your choice.
They have bumper stickers somewhere at the entrance *waves around* and I still have to think of something to give to newbies. So for now, a batch of PPC cookies.
Look, there's a mini-Balrog cookie, and a S.O. cookie, and a CAD cookie, and...
Anyway, welcome!
Do be aware that Boarders and Agents alike like shiny new things, and you might be a little overwhelmed.

What is it? A troll? How cute!
Should I call the zoo?
And a translator would be nice.
... Though, on second thought, I think the Universal translator would short out on this one, and then what would Techno-Dann say? *shudder*
Anyway... If we feed it with sleeping-drug-laced generic food, we might be able to make it sleep and get it back to where it came from, no?
Any other ideas?

I did not ask for permission yet (my "rookie month" isn't over yet), but maybe I'll take it, if you make a short summary-translation of it. Not as first work (I've found another one that would be a perfect first mission), but messing around with Sakura and Nanoha is surely something I cannot forgive...

Anything? Oh the possibilities. This will take some thought. Thank you very much. (I also like fairies which I forgot to mention before but you may have guessed that from the bout of insanity I mentioned having a while ago).
