Consider this a formal request for Permission. You've met my Agents Mulhoon and Render, and they're itching to get on with the missions.
Well, no, they're really not, but sucks to be them, eh?

A teaser/preview for you lovely people - scenes from the PPC Movie. These are rough edits as of yet, and are made available on the intarwubs thanks to the spiffy Kgarrett

[Scene 04: Mary Sue Factory: A Slight Delay is unavailable due to not having some of the voices yet]
05: Agent Morgan Awakes: http://www.upload-mp3.com/pfiles/54338/05%20Agent%20Morgan%20Awakes.mp3 (featuring Cassie as Morgan)
06: Sabbat and Archer Break Out: http://www.upload-mp3.com/pfiles/54336/06%20Sabbat%20and%20Archer%20Break%20Out.mp3 (featuring Fynn as Sabbat and Pigeonarmy as Archer)

Enjoy! Hopefully we can give you a preview scene per week - this will be easier if those of you who still have voices to do could maybe get them to me? [/end gentle poke]

Correct indeed~
I swear I'll get on my end before February.
Really.
Leland totally just made me think of Lelouch, Six could be put up to translation/strange parents -- I mean, I've been looking through Japanese names lately (long story) and there's far too many that seem to be made of number+son/daughter. o.O
I have no explanation for Doral.
The others seem fairly normal, though...

Samuel and Kat, right? I have it drawn, just not posted. >.
Well, I don't know much about naming conventions as well, but I'm sure Kameron is not much of a choice name for a kid. But then, this is the canon where people are named Leland, Doral, and Six. ;]

I used to like BSG, but I've sort of fallen off the wagon in the past... er... four, five years? ^^;
The first one is almost certainly a 'Sue, though. I mean, come on. Kameron = boyish-sounding ordinary name changed to make it look cooler -- when was the last time you encountered someone named Kameron? I'll grant I don't remember naming conventions for the canon, but it doesn't seem likely. O'Neill just makes me think of Jack O'Neill from SG1, but anyway...
The waterfall of soft wavy brown hair is about five marks against her, as far as I'm concerned.
I can't say as to the second one, though she definitely seems at least very borderline, just from the way it starts out.
I am suddenly reminded that I owe you a 'fic. (Aragorn/Arwen post-war fluff, wasn't it?)
I'm having issues with it, but I'm sure I'll put it together eventually. (Just seriously don't expect anything over a thousand words, I don't think I can manage that. ^^;)

Any BSG fans? by

Cos I've found two BSG fics with OCs in them, and I want to know if any of you think they're Mary Sues or just borderline. Or even not at all.
The first one is Lt. Kameron O'Neill, who has a spiffy viper.
The second one is Lauren, farm girl turned pilot.
And there was a definite Suefic I found on marysues, but the accompanying story's gone and the Suethor's being all defensive-bitchy ("No no no, my character is not a Mary Sue even if she married Lee and is Prez Roslin's niece! No no no!"). Go figure.
I'm mainly asking this because I'd like to do some missions in that fandom. Like some temporary transfers and such. :]

One of these days I might actually manage to familiarize myself with that canon, but atrocities are atrocities no matter how you slice 'em.
The interaction between your Agents is usually fun to watch, and that trend continues; you had me laughing out loud at points. ^_^

So yeah.
It's funny, there'll be none for weeks and all of a sudden three or four finished at once. People in general, not me by myself, 'cause wow, I'd have to have a lot more spare time on my hands.
Behold.
I do realize probably a grand total of two people that hang around will know the fandom. But that's okay. Really.

Was reading them today - Google 'em if you like really scary stories. See, the internet does teach you stuff.
I will include an explanation in the fic, because S&S will be there too and they'd ask what he was talking about.

Technically it's only Agent Trojie who's banned from the Disc. Pads is allowed in ...
Also, our malfunctioning attempt to steal missions we want could probably throw one of them up, at least. They'd probably get caught, though. It's about time Trojie actually got punished for her lackadaisical attitude to proper mission procedure and her bad habits in-fics.

But will when I get home from work.
The joke as you explain it would work, but without the explanation I wouldn't have got it. Some of the more anime-etc inclined agents might, though :)

D'you like what we have so far of the mission? by

Without being too spoilery, it's going to set the foundation for a little bit of a longer storyline later in the OFUR year, so I want to get it right.
Speaking of getting it right, I have a potential joke based on Asian folklore and I don't know if it would come across as odd to use it. See, this mission is set pre-Macrovirus, so Makes-Things would still be around, and according to the Wiki he was born in Korea. Agent Drake is a vulpine shapeshifter from an anime continuum, therefore he is to all intents and purposes a kitsune. The Korean relative of the kitsune is the kumiho, which is axe-crazy evil and eats people. Drake is not any more evil than most assassins and does not eat non-Sue people, but the railgun might make people wonder about the "axe-crazy" bit. I was thinking of Makes-Things asking Drake if he's sure he's not a kumiho after Drake expresses some inclination towards violent behaviour. Does this sound okay?

Loose Ends Canon character is kidnapped by Sue that threatens to kill him; when she doesn't he falls in love with her and takes her to a remote cabin. PPC agents think that is an unlikely scenario and step in (and try to steal the snacks). [A-Team]

Depends how much you sweat by

But yes, generally brass (and electroplate-over-brass, if the electroplate is worn) will discolour your skin green if it's snug against your skin and you a) sweat a bit or b) have what the jeweller I talked to referred to as 'weird skin pH' (I haven't investigated yet to see if it IS a pH issue, so take that with a grain of salt) and, like me, cause every metal except gold to tarnish and leave colourful residues on your skin. I *used* to wear about half a pound of assorted metals on my wrists, until I realised that the amount of black and green on my skin made it look like I was a victim of domestic abuse. I also got through gallons of silver polish every month, trying in vain to keep my bangles actually silver, instead of grimy black.
-Trojie, apparently verbose today ...
