I've only read the Legendary Goodfic for it, since I have no desire to see page upon page of Tenth Walker/Modern girl in ME/princess of a non-canon land/non-canonical sister/offspring fics.

Sounds interesting/horrible. Address?

I seem to remember a story where he's considered the "black wizard" and he's the only one who can get to ME. He saves Boromir, and destroys the Uruk-Hai at Helm's Deep. He keeps going back and forth between ME and Hogwarts, or something like that.

It's been a while, but I don't remember any Dragonball Z in it.

If you want to trick them into reading goodfic, assuming that the Legendary Goodfic are already known and feared by them, I can recommend a few for you. One's a Naruto/Gundam Wing crossover, another's a Naruto/Harry Potter and a third is a Harry Potter/Gundam Wing crossover. No one expects crossovers to be good, which is what would lull them into a false sense of security perhaps.

Hvae to think up a suitably Suethor-ish name... oh, hell, I can think of one straight off...

But anyway, Tawaki, if you can post an enrollment form here, I'm sure you'll get a LOT of students right away. *holds pen up expectantly*

October's a good time - only a month after loan day. But doing anything down there's damned pricey, and so's getting there.

I don't think the words Secret Service and such an explosive/fire-loving/insane group works too well.

I will probably be rather poor at that point, and I live down the other end of the country. (I know that's a poor excuse, seeing as hS managed to reach the last Gathering in plenty of time and he had just as much of a trek to get there.)

If we get more of an update closer to the time, I might just be able to go. It all depends on my available budget, but I really would like to go to another Gathering.

Um. The subject explains all, I think. I know there was a Gathering in the UK just a few months ago, but would anyone be interested in going to one in or near London sometime around the end of October?
