My favourite has always been Boromir, but there are too many characters for me to choose just one fave. Looks like I have the opposite of your problem. :D

Thank you for the present, and for the help. I did realize that I was a little too eager to start, but only after I posted my message. I have a few ideas for missions and such, but of course I won't post anything without Permission. :) I just wanted to say hi.

I quite like Faramir (when I say like, I do not mean “lust after”) but there’s not really anyone who stood out to me. Probably because there are so few female characters.

It's not exactly a crossover, since no other canon is really involved, either. And I wouldn't even call the characters Suvians, because they don't really do anything to break the reality they're in past the extent of the premise itself.

It could be cool to see Improbabilities make a comeback, come to think of it, and this certainly fits the bill.

As for dealing with the characters in the end... I don't know. ^_^; Maybe some kind of exorcism to purge what would otherwise be original fic of gratuitous canon connections? And/or neuralyzation of Kylie to the tune of "you are a normal preteen and this wacky, disjointed adventure was just a dream"?

Don't start working to achieve it until we've gotten to know you sufficiently. That makes sure that we don't give someone Permission who then turns around and wrecks the PPC universe.

In the meantime, sit back and relax! Here are a few things you can do on the Board that don't require Permission:

- Post about things you love (that's called a plug).
- Post about things you wrote and are proud of (that's called a self-plug).
- Participate in everyone else's posts!
- Start a random RP. Snowball fights are a popular favorite, but be forewarned that I have a flamethrower. }:)
- Participate in various annual Board events, such as the Badfic Games, Plort, and the Shipfest. Those'll come when they come.

...Every Boarder Ever except my fellow ne'er-do-wells Snowblaze and 61516 avoided the Despatch question post, I'd just like to say that that post was an author spork request. From me. About a fic I wrote.

Now that I think about it, I'd really like to see where that goes to. Because the fic didn't involve Trans-Dimensional Hopping or Snatching, because canon characters weren't directly involved at all. Actually, it was about four OCs who were... reincarnations, I guess, it never really says, of four prominent villains from prominent continua. And had powers associated with them. And even though I as the author knew who the self-insert was (Kylie, the one who's the Emperor from Star Wars), there wasn't really that much self-insertion involved. Overall, it seems to be a would-be Despatch target of its own breed. Ignoring the question of whether it's sporkable, because apparently it's not as bad as it could've been, what would that have done to it?

I think that mostly because the new series sounds like a terrible idea to me, but that might just be my desire to leave well enough alone, which is also why I can't get behind the Star Wars sequels.

My biggest fandoms are Harry Potter, Star Trek: TOS, Lord of the Rings and Stranger Things, but I also like Silent Hill, some of the MCU movies, Marble Hornets and the classic Sherlock Holmes stories.
