Without question or hesitation. He's good, he's thoughtful, he knows his stuff, and he makes an effort to be present in the community. I definitely think he'd be able to accurately judge a Permission request, and we already know he can communicate his thoughts on writing very well.
...honestly, until I reread your post, I'd forgotten it was *Permission* he'd been given by the PGs and thought he might already be one himself.
At any rate, I say yes. Give him a Hat. I'm sure he'll take good care of it.

PS: ...wait, hold on. I've been embroiled in a scandal or drama...? Unless the "Brink" interlude counts, I must have repressed the memory of that or something. I mainly remember being on the *edges* of drama, not actually *embroiled* in it. Or is "Brink" what you were thinking of? I do remember it somehow spawned a thread full of arguing, which was very unpleasant but did get resolved. I suppose that could count...

He's one of our more persistant reviewers, and his work on the Uncanonical Department of Inaccuracies shows that his knowledge goes beyond simple technical errors and into understanding the PPC as a whole. He's a friendly and trustworthy part of the community (unlike all our existing Permission Givers, he's never been embroiled in a scandal or drama!), and to the best of my knowledge, is the only person in the PPC's long history to be given Permission unasked-for, by common acclamation from the PGs.

God, I read the first few paragraphs once. It was...not fun to say the least.
For those of you who don't know, this is a Sailor Moon fic involving a lot of NSFW and disturbing content. If you want to google it, be my guest, but I won't be held responsible for the brain damage. I can post a rot13'd summary if needed, but I would prefer that sort of thing to remain off the board, even rot13'd.

I saw the title and instantly remembered the fic, despite having had had no contact with the fandom in well over a decade. While I only got 4 recent results out of 20 when searching, it's a 20 year old fic, and that fact that people are still remembering it speaks volumes about how awful it is.

I know nothing of this 'fic, but Mike Nelson and several robots were, though in Mike's case only for the later seasons, the main characters of Mystery Science Theater 3000, a TV show which mocked bad movies. They also appear in many MSTs of bad fiction, such as Adam Cadre's "Eye Of Argon" MST:

I'm assuming this would result in just having to weaken them some other way or outright assassinate them, but if there's any other effects on a the success on a mission that that could pose, call them out.

Even 20 years later, this fic is still incredibly disgusting. A city-sized bottle of Bleeprin may be needed after seeing Chibiusa get raped by the Senshi and Tuxedo Mask. Another fact is that Mike and the 'Bots surrendered after reading this.

I know for a fact that various people have at least ideas for all remaining primarchs, and may or may not be working on them.
Don't let that dissuade you from doing the same: We're falling off the page fast, and writing a primarch doesn't exclude others from trying their hand at it (in fact, I know someone might do an alt for a primarch already.)
I will do my best to help round out the rest, but I'm a little bit busy, just generally, so...
