...I guess my CLAMP experience is pretty limited, then. Might have to check that one out. Also, forgot to mention Murder Princess as one I enjoy.
Huh, didn't know Get Backers was considered 'mainstream'. A lot of people I talk to haven't heard of it.

Aah, favorite character... I've always particularly liked Riza Hawkeye, and I practically cried when Hughes died (which led to a hatred of Envy). Ed too, probably because of his self-denial.

Anti-Lustin is a PPC medication that stops the production of a hormone, Lustin, which is responsible for the stampeding/glomping/drooling over of Lust Objects.

and subsequently discarded around the same time as the badfic game. It just wouldn't work, for reasons that other people on this board could probably explain better than I.
I'm glad someone is enjoying(?) the badfic. Many brains were broken during their creation, some completely beyond repair.

How do you guys record your stuff? Is there a specific recording thingy that'll put it into an mp3 file? Where can you get it?
And since I'm also considering doing art, what kind of file does it have to be in? And ditto goes for animating.
Speaking of animation, is it in 3D? Just curious.

Some of the canonicals say such stupid lines that it's hilarious! I mean, an good-turned evil wizard claims he's Many-Colored when he used to be white, and all his former colleague can say is, "I like white better." ! And Legolas has this really stupid line where he thinks the hobbits grew wings. And--ok, I'll stop rambling now.

Thanks; it's actually part of a plot to subvert peoples' expectations. I get them to associate "Valgaav" with the notably female me, then tell them to watch Slayers, where the guy I grabbed the name from is very noticeably male.

I've read a great deal of the badfic on fanfic land...and now, I'm absolutely thankful that these are written as parodies, or I'd be begging Miss Cam for an Official Spin-off University of the Protectors of the Plot Continuum. OSUPPC. Hahaha.
And that OSUPPC Nuzgul is attacking me, too. Can someone relieve me of it?

Is there a 'fic based off of the MS invasion? I need to get a proper "feel" of things.
And I'm more comfortable with the anime style, so that might pop up once in a while...that is, if I'm contributing art. My art teacher is a animator at Dreamworks, and I'll ask him for help.

I've been trying to decide what to give new recruits.
A proctoscope, maybe? Handy for finding suethors' heads. Or maybe a pirate's peg leg? Great for cracking PotC Sues over the head. A panther? Naw, it would probably eat your plover. A pencil sharpener? Useful for those Agents who always seem to have dull pencils when they're writing up their charge sheets.
Ah, I know! A petard!
Yes, that's what I shall give out: a petard, so that if Sues (or their authors) can't be hoist by their own petard, at least they can be hoist by yours. Take all usual precautions for handling explosive devices, of course.

TV Tropes is the sort of site that you visit with the intention of reading one or two pages and before you know it several hours have passed and you've got twenty+ tabs open. Plus it's rife with spoilers, but Tropers tend to be good at hiding them behind spoiler tags on the whole, so you don't have to see them if you don't want to.

Lucas neither directed nor produced this movie, which probably explains why it fails so much. He basically just gave it the go ahead and probably gave some input on it. At least it didn't turn out nearly as bad as the Star Wars Christmas Special complete with a cracked-out Carrie Fisher.

She was a little bit disrespectful, which bothered me, but Anakin was kind of like that too, so they made a deccent pair. She Ahsoka seemed a little bit beyond the ability of a young padawan, but again, Anakin was like that too. She wasn't a total Sue, but it's easy to see how someone could write her as one.
Oh, and you forgot the best one, Hattie: "...What happened to the shields? * BOOM EXPLOSION *"
And also: "AAAAAAAAAAAH * droid falls down cliff * " "Get back here, Seargent!"
And: Droid: "So, they got away. What should I do, call Count Dooku, or something?" " * glare * * Jedi forced off cliff * " "AAAAAAAAAH!"
The droids were very sentient in this movie, which I thought was great.
