Certainly, something could be worked out. I decided on a combination of ArcticBlade and wingnut's answers, and a full, re-written description can be found at the Agents' bios, here:

She seems to have handled the initial culture shock relatively well (as well as the stranger shock of finding out that your world is someone else's fantasy), and isn't too outgoing by nature, but I'm sure she'd love an understanding face. Aeron probably misses seeing other dæmons, too.
Something shall have to be arranged.

Agent April (and daemon Fitch) would like to meet her. by

April's a native of Lyra's world herself.
Whatever explanation you decide on, April and Fitch would be interested in talking with her.

From one of Alison Bechdel's comic strips;
"I have a test for movies I'll watch.
1) It has to have at least two women in it,
2) who talk to each other,
3) about something other than a man."
"Sounds like a pretty exclusive test."
"No kidding. The last film I was able to watch was Alien - the two women talk to each other about the monster."

Will make note. Sending fifty emails a day when there's a problem DOES work.

Not an expert in any of those fandoms except Naruto (and I'm behind on the latest chapters), but I know a bit about Fullmetal Alchemist, Inuyasha, and Deathnote. I'd be willing to give it a shot, if you want.

I like the plothole, though- she could easily have learned about the windows into other worlds, and mistaken a random plothole for one. Hoping, perhaps, to visit any number of interesting places... then, of course, ending up in HQ and learning about the menace that is Sue.
I have my explanation. You have inspired it. Everything now works out.
I love you. In a purely platonic fashion. Much, much thanks. *runs off to go re-write the longer bio on her Freewebs*
Number 2 is funny, though. xD I could see Teek becoming jealous about not being able to see her own dæmon, and since she's a devoted chocoholic...
That needs to be written in somewhere. You shall be credited. :P

Well, for the most part we're mature on here. It can't actually be nominated for a Legendaru Goodfic unless two or more people agree with you, so you may as well bite the bullet and post it on here. The majority of us have read at least one of the Legendary Badfics, so we should be able to deal with almost anything you can throw at us.
Which 'verse is it from? That would probably help aid the decision too.

That I want to submit to the board.
The pro side and the con side do battle
PRO:
-extremely well written.
-Actual accents.
-Takes little canon details into account.
-Focuses on a plausible reason for the events.
-has incharacter reactions to changing situation and dialog.
-Describes surroundings in much more detail than the characters
-would possibly be considered legendary goodfic
Con:
-extremely bloody
-torture, made worse by regeneration on the part of the victim.
-forced-Slash between two im-mortal death and after enemies who would rather fight to the last undying drop of red than be that close in THAT way.
use of torture on innocent third party to force victim into sex.
and last but not least:
-Horriffic torture methods out of the Spanish inquisition.
I hope you can resolve my little dilemma.

As John Mccain is using this program to send mass form-email to literally millions of people. We are using this program for a slightly *eviler* purpose. Miss Cam's version of evil, not expose little kids to visual horrors like goatse.
Oh and July, don't call me on my past. Yes I am a troll; But I'm an ethical one. I only troll fundies(Extremests-any flavor), Pedophiles (except for those from spain, japan, and mexico where the ages of consent are lower((15, 12, and recently raised to 13))(((yes, in that order July))) and political hacks.
And possibly extreme radio stations(I shall never understand the connection between baptist radio and crazy trollableness)

PPC: The Year Of Living Dangerously
PPC Fiction
PPC Confidential
Citizen Sue
Apocalypse Shortly After Dinnertime
The Usual Agents
The Protectors of the Plot Continuum: The Fellowship of the Plot Continuum
There Will Be Glitter
No Country For New Sues
Stranger Than Fanfiction
Yes, they're all rip-offs. I think it plays nicely on the whole continuum aspect of the PPC, especially the LotR rip-off title.
