Automatic Girl
released in English speaking countries as City Amazons
This is the story of Rowanclaw, a clown-samurai and weilder of the lifescepter. Those who know him describe him best as being chaotic sexy. As a former member of Apex Force Gemini he has begun a quest that will take him across the Platinum Kingdom into the depths of the Eternal Star to retrieve, the ten fragments of the Orb of Destiny
During his journey, he will cross paths with Laru Irontouch. This plucky sorceror is motivated by hatred. He employs enchantment in his plots, commonly creating exotic artifacts to achieve his goals. He is heir to a kingdom. Let's not forget that fiend's pet, the huge lion-eagle that has a devestating roar. Rowanclaw must hurry to stop them or, else they'll complete their dark ritual and summon Kefr, The Eye of the Howling Wasteland.
Fortunately, he's not alone. As he travels, other allies will aid in his battle, such as ...
Heist the porcupine - the antisocial, orange-colored gunsmith.
The vampire bounty hunter!
The wise, strange musician. His gorgeous hair is sky-blue. His gunmetal-gray eyes glow with an inner light. He speaks softly, yet every word carries. His clothes are mysterious.
Cheerful Jones, best sharpshooter in the female circuit
The Foot Kestrel, mighty warrior of wings, grounded by an ancient evil
The lonely magic knight with slanted white eyes. His neck-length, straight, thick hair is the color of coffee with cream, and is worn in a carefully-crafted style. He has a lithe build. He has peace powers that are focused through a series of rings. His artistic, complicated uniform is green and black and incorporates peace symbols.
The humble kunoichi who is very tall and has a narrow build. Her slanted eyes are blue. She has wavy apricot-colored hair worn in an elegant style. Her preferred weapons are polearms. She is skilled in brewing and sports. She has superhuman sight.
And of course the unforgettable Max Ranger.

Legendary fics, good or bad, can't be legendary unless lots of people know about them. I mean, you drop a reference to minis or the color lavender and everyone instantly knows what you're talking about. That's legendary.
As for me, I like Hellsing, but I'm not generally into X-rated stuff, so I won't be reading this particular fic.

Dreadful it was, indeed.
Well, I didn't just want to go ahead with the standard, where the Agents meet and discover they like most all the same things.
So Crebaina still thinks Teek is a little rash and silly, and Teek still resents Crebaina's aloofness and tendency to retreat into herself, so to speak.
But much thanks, I'm glad you liked it. :)

We need to know what email addresses to send scripts etc to, so could all of you please send me an email from the correct address to
trojanhorseshadowfax AT gmail DOT com
all it needs to say is something along the lines of 'hi, this is me', but we need the addresses :)

if you send them to me as MP3s it should be fine
Yes, you'll get scripts, well, portions of scripts. I should tell you that at present, the script is longer than the transcript I have of The Shawshank Redemption. O.o. And if Cassie's Master Plan goes ahead and we also do the Macrovirus Emergency and the Flower Party, it will be huuuuuuge. So, yes, partial scripts it will be.

I gotta think these things through more, eh.

Will we be getting scripts, then? by

Or just the lines of dialogue that we have to record personally?
And also, I have programs that can record wav files and then convert them to mp3 - will that work? I'm quite sure it will, but I'd like to check.

Concerning voting... by

I was - for some reason - under the impression that this thread was just for nominating ideas, and that later on you'd post a master list from which we could vote directly, rahter than do a bit here and a bit there. I really think that would get more attention.
Anyway, of pigeonarmy's list, I really like "There Will Be Glitter" and "Stranger than Fanfiction" - as for the others, I'd have to go back and check (and I can't vote on my own, of course), and I'm a little pressed for time right now, so I'll have to do it later.

I particularly like that you've made them opposite sorts in terms of which books they've read. And that badfic... bleh. Dreadful. Thank you for killing it.
Good job!

I give you stylish bag of holding in pretty flame print. Holds lots and lots, and as an added bonus, makes anyone who tries and steal it catch on fire.

Yes, this is rather abrupt, but it was a very short fic (mercifully) and I started working on it immediately after I gained Permission. Probably took about five hours or so; did most of it yesterday, edited and finished it today.
:/
The mission and a link to the fic sporked are here, at the Freewebs site:

(Thanks to those deserving of them, and the proper disclaimers, are also included.)
