Nice list. :D

Kurt Vonnegut by

His Breakfast of Champions completely screwed the fourth wall to some level far below the ninth of hell. Vonnegut was interacting with his character (Kilgore Trout) /as the author/, with a godlike control over Trout.
On another note (no pun intended), another key characteristic of good author's notes is that they don't start with A/N, AN, A-N, or any variation thereof. It makes them part of the writing rather than something that smacks you in the face.
...I'm going to have to use that once I get Permission.

It's a fun game to try and find logic in badfic by

Particularly if you do it during the mission. It's a way of showing the potential the badfic has. If only the author had decided to not go the route of the badfic.

Personally, I thought it read like Star Wars in a Tolkien universe, with dragons as CAFs rather than an ancient, very intelligent predatory species.
Given as I've seen Star Wars a number of times, it wasn't that hard to predict the plot.

I added some treatment for Unger's arm, and something about Kelok not being too concerned. He might should be more concerned. He hasn't tested his healing abilities since he started taking Nigel treatments.
I think my biggest worry with this mission is that after my crazy brain came up with a legitimate reason that could have been used to try to explain Holmes' behavior at the end of the story, I have been worrying that maybe it isn't a complete replacement. That there is a missing scene that would explain it. But then I think that if the story had been meant to have some sort of explanation that it wouldn't be found in a missing scene, but would have been included.
*bad brain! Stop trying to find logic and reason in badfic!*

Oh well.
Old Ones give me strength.
After a quick read it look solid, others have fixed most of it, but I think they would at least try to treat wounds, although I don't Wraith that well, so perhaps not.

it's probably best if I don't mention how many missions Tasmin has done. But she traveled back in time and there's now two of her at HQ, so that's hardly a fair comparison.

The wiki is actually pretty hard to mess up. by

The pages' histories are archived, so that any changes you make can be changed back. If you were to utterly mess up the page, you or another editor could just click "revert" and the mistake would be fixed.
There's also a Sandbox where you can try different things to see how the formatting comes out.
Seriously, don't get freaked out. Wiki editing is easy.

It's here
If you want to edit it, you just have to click the link that says edit. I doubt that's going to make the wiki explode. If anything is going to make the wiki explode it's the size of the Killed Badfic article.

Beta Request--Sherlock Holmes-NSFW/NSFB by

Warnings: The original fic is NSFW, NSFB. It is MA/NC-17 rated. It contains character replacement and graphic descriptions of bloody murder with no remorse and violent sex between two males. The mission is also NSFW and NSFB after the agents step through the portal into the fic due to the nature of the original.
I am not kidding about the warnings.
This is the link to the mission.

This is the first mission of Agents David Kelok and Unger. They are currently residing in FicPsych. After this mission they may continue residing in FicPsych.

I have no idea how the wiki works. by

Sad, but true. I don't like the idea of me messing with it. Mainly because I'll probably make it explode. Or, at least, makes the server the wiki is being hosted on explode.
If I could work it, I would have added in a picture for Agent Shinra's little three sentence long article.

And very pragmatic. Are you going to put it up at the wiki, by any chance?
