If there's no known badfic dealing with a particular canon, is it still okay to give it a decent wiki page? I speak particularly of the Cats page, which is very short. Can I go ahead and fill in some of the details, or does that only happen when a story is actually killed and thus the continuum is relevant to PPC?

Sidhe's name is pronounced "She." It's weird, but it oddly seems to fit him... There's a bad joke in there somewhere for anyone who decides to look up the elves from Dragon Age and the Sidhe(probably the Unseelie).

This poem was just quoted at me by my older brother (whom I am trying to get to join the PPC, by the by. I think he's just about ready... Muahahaahhahah).

He found it written on the wall of a construction site in grease pencil.

One doesn't need an account on the wiki to edit it. However, it's easier if you do have one and are logged in, for two reasons: a) you won't have to just through any security hoops and b) we can all see who's made which edits.

Nice work. They answer about all questions a newbie could come up with, I guess.
One more thing maybe: Is registration at the wiki necessary to add things to the articles ore create new ones?
That could come up when newbies have received Permission and want to upload their Agents biographies and later link missions.

Would I be allowed to supplement the lab report with a narrative? I had thought to write a prose version of the experiment and then a proper lab write-up to attach. (I'm good at lab write-ups; a year of intensive IB chem will do that to you.) Is that acceptable format, or should I change the prose section to brief notes like yours?

(As soon as my month is up you will be getting two more DMSE&Rers. -grins- At least, if they get permission you will.)

Yeah, the standard procedure of DMSE&R is to do a lab write-up, like with scientists in world one.

There is no department dedicated to biological journals, so I suppose all of these neat theories come from DMSE&R or those agents that like to tinker around with the laws of nature when off duty.

The only lab report I've been able to find is that done by Bill Fallis and Lori Starrett (here). It seems to be on the author's lj, just with a different tag.

Actually, come to think of it, which department would essays go in? Does PPC have a Department of Biological Journal Writing, or would it just be part of DMSE&R?

LJ, your own website or ffn. I'd recommend the first two over the last, since you're rather likely to get deleted and/or ranted about on ffr if you post an essay to ffn.

Basically, you should archive your Sue essays wherever you're thinking of archiving any missions you write.

You know, like the Suematolite paper. I've got a nice one written up on the structure, function, and biological workings of Glitter.

And one in the works on the life cycle of the Sue.

There's a lot of places I relax capitals on, especially the pronoun I. It's just a good prose-habit.

Don't worry, though! It's an easy fix. Thank you for understanding. ^_^

Try to keep from posting two different topics in a row. Don't worry about it just once, everybody's done it in the past, but in the future try and keep from creating that many new topics, if they're not strictly necessary. Every new topic pushes an old one off the bottom of the page. Thanks!
