V. I mean... V. Brain go boom. The Sue is basically a female version of him, the plot consists of him getting hurt and her saving him, then her getting hurt and him saving her, then she gets raped, then she drags him to a party... Aargh?

No guarantee it'd work, though; Sues tend to twist the Word World in their favour much like the canon protects Agents, so the Sue might just be saved by a deus ex machina instead of the canons.

It would be kind of hilarious to go dimension hopping looking for sues about to be rescued by canon characters from dangerous situations, and then distracting the canon characters so that they don't arrive just in the nick of time.

Such a thing would be a grossly irresponsible use of dimensional travel technology, of course, and it would be wrong to be caught doing it.

I suppose as long as the character never found out what was in it, it might not kill them. It just goes against the grain to me because of the principles of Despatch, which I think was contemporary with the original series.

Still, I guess it's a matter of personal preference.

... reading from the worst story you can find until the reader cracks up laughing too hard to continue. We did legolas by laura last year, and on my first go I was laughing too hard even to finish the first word.

I’ve been replaying Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, followed by rewatching Ultimate Force and now going straight into a short oneshot about neither fandom but still featuring the SAS. A couple of questions though.

First of all, there seems to be a bit of a discrepancy in one codeword. CoD 4 uses ‘tango’ for the bad guys (i.e. Tango down, room One-Echo). However, UF and the NCOs back when I was in my school’s CCF use ‘X-ray’ (i.e. X-ray down, rear stairwell). Which is it? I’ve got a theory that Tango is an Americanism that CoD 4 fell into, but I want to know for sure. I personally think X-ray sounds more awesome, but the SAS don’t care about being cool, just about getting in, getting the job down, getting out.

Secondly, does anyone know what OP or FAP means? I can’t think of a context for the former, but Dempsey from UF says “FAPs please, gentlemen,” just as they head off to go and shoot people.

Jenni would name him after someone she respects as a character and a human being, but also after something comprised of two parts that abhor each other and should never have naturally combined into one person. She'd call him Henry after the doctor of Jekyll fame.

Alan seems too obvious and strikes me as a boring name anyway; Tobias just wouldn't do, and James is right out. I considered Ranus, which was an actual name in my family, but the teasing would be too awful. I'll have to think hard about what Jenni would do.

My brain is bleeding. There are six of them and from what I can tell only Water Types and Warrior Codes has any sort of even vague chance of becoming a decent fic. The rest just make me want to lose my mind. The one I find the worst is pok'e warriors. I totally forgot how to do links, but they are all on fanfiction.net.

I think I've got an enchanted rubix cube though, that if you throw it at somebody they'll be compelled to try and solve it before doing anything else.

It's... somewhere in this mess... Ummm... Let me get back to you on that. Or you could help?

You're welcome to the baby. We couldn't think of a name for it anyway, so it makes life easier. Trojie and Pads have only collected three though, and two of them aren't technically orphans since they're sons of Sirius Black.
