Dark Civilian Aakmal has just arrived at the outskirts of Keep De'endee with his retinue, caravans, supplies including living livestock, and gold, meaning to supply for a feast and finally paying taxes to one liege. Having two Barons squabbling over his town's loyalty is a landmine; one misstep and Critta' will burn to ash. And not paying any taxes to both lieges causes some disastrous losses, as his traders' boats has been confiscated by one liege or another.

But now that the people of Kalthin has joined his town, and recent news that Lady Iximaz is offered Baronship and has taken Critta'-Kalthin as one of his vassal, is something to be celebrated. His entourage closes in to the keep, but stops at arrow's shot. An orc swings the banner left and right to catch attention.

"Datu, there isn't a sound. Looks like the keep's empty." The orc says to Aakmal.

"Impossible, even during noon there should be some scouts..."

From the east, suddenly a group of riders gallops their horses to Aakmal's entourage. A short, stout man leads the riders, and his horse trops forward a few steps after the other riders has stopped a few feet back.

"Greetings, who is Dark Civilian Aakmal? I am the herald of Lady Iximaz, and I shall escort him to the gates."

"I am Dark Civilian Aakmal, but I do not know Her Ladyship is expecting me."

"She hasn't yet, but I will send one man to notify her." He signals one rider, and he nods. Soon the horse is already galloping, carrying its rider to De'endee.

After half an hour, Dark Civilian Aakmal is brought through the front gates. The castle is busy with workers working their materials and magicians forming spells unto the structures. His entourage unloads the baggage into middle of the ward. A few men sets up tents to shield the supplies and the retinue and their leader from the sun. Now Aakmal sits crosslegged on the ground, waiting for the invitation to enter the hall.
