The latter two songs I mentioned in my first post are two my aforementioned "Mental Music Video" function associates with the PPC. "Back in Black" hooked on when I got to the climactic battle while reading the logs of HFA, and I imagine "The Greatest Show Unearthed" as agents staging some kind of demented carnival of the PPC's history and the history of the Mary Sue in your traditional Creepy Deserted Fairgrounds.

No more than me; my tastes in music have easily doubled, at least, since I got on the 'Net.
My apologies for the double-post, by the way. I'm still not used to this forum, so there was an accident with the back button.

As Cass said, the only "jail" the PPC has is for their own agents.

Besides, I think her theme band would be Mindless Self Indulgence. "Molly" and "Pre-Teen Violence" are in competition for being her theme song. (Considering what her father nearly did to her, "Pantyshot" might be on there too, but that's way too dark for the PPC even though we're talking about an adorable anthro ferret kid who eats people.)
I don't associate any particular songs with the PPC in general, but I do sometimes associate certain songs with certain characters or situations.

The world needs more Decemberists fans.
Actually I was led to most of my favourite bands by fanfic. Kate Bush, the Pogues, and Steeleye Span can be blamed on my parents, but I came across most of the others after finding them in songfics, and I sought out the Killers and the Decemberists after seeing fanart which used quotes from their songs. Does that make me an even bigger geek than before?

I was thinking finances would rule me out completely, but it seems there's a megatrain option from Hull (and about time too - the megabuses don't run from here and it is very annoying). Round trip would cost between two and six quid. But the earliest I could arrive is 11.19am, and the last train back is about half past two, and ten hours travelling for three hours there doesn't seem worth it.
Mind you, this is still all very tentative on my part, because not only is it the start of the birthday week, I've also got two people coming up for that week with dates as yet unfinalised, and there's also a possibility I may be cramming for my Old Norse exam.

John Simm probably takes the golden cup for Villain Who Enjoys His Job The Most. And Most Fun To Watch Being a Cock.
The first time I saw him press the button, I thought "Either he's ended the world or just started the largest rave it's ever known." And then it turned out he'd done BOTH.

With a program of rehabilitation through torture! We could hire O'Brien from Nineteen Eighty-Four.
Maybe some of the Sues can be reformed with enough care.

There is a PPC jail of sorts, but... by

it's run by the DIA, and is more a holding centre for Agents who get out of line - for more details, there's an episode dealing with that issue here:
http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=ddkcfxr6_75gp4fnbhq
However, I've never heard of any Sues being arrested. They're either killed or, if not bad enough for that, recruited and usually spend some time in FicPsych having their Sueishness trained out of them.

Does it actually exist? Mara and Isaiah threatened a Sue with being sent here until she crossed the Moral Event Horizon and thus got the death penalty, but aren't most Sues simply killed anyway?
Is there actually a PPC jail, or was it just a bluff?

There's nothing I particularly associate with the PPC. Well, maybe "The Call" by Regina Spektor, which for some reason I have on my computer. Always gives me this urge to exorcise the Disney-sponsored bad-het-wraith from poor Susan Pevensie.
Music currently stuck in my head is Flogging Molly. The man-thing brought three albums round on Monday, and I've been rinsing them ever since. Occasionally this is overtaken by the Propellerheads, but that's not so much in my head as floating up from the living room, as my housemate has of late developed a distressing habit of juggling half-naked in the window, and it helps him keep his rhythm.
As for general tastes? Swing, ska, punk, dub reggae, drum 'n' bass. In other words, the soundtrack to my mis-spent youth.
Incidentally, I heard the Rogue Traders one in a shop the other day, and was immediately overcome by the urge to come home and watch the season three finale.

Yeah, I guess that's true.
And you guys are probably right that, once out of the canon world, the invincibility would be pretty much gone. Maybe...
But would it work both ways, I wonder? If an agent or a Sue from a different universe is killed in the Happy Tree Friends universe, would they come back, too?
Also, is there an established Mini for Happy Tree Friends? I was thinking, if there isn't, maybe a Mini-Idol or a Mini-Whistle.

That'd be the long and the short of it, yeah. We were just having fun discussing how to kill a character with canon invincibility.
