I'm afraid I'm not very good at inserting links in my posts, so you'll probably have to copy and paste it.
It's a twenty chapter Heroes fic. I'm guessing it was written after the season 1 finale, which makes it slightly more understandable...but it still makes me want to bang my head against the wall. Amnesia!Sylar feels so...cliche. As does the twist ending discovery bit in the last few chapters (that's the rapey bit).
It's not spectacularly terrible, it just makes me want to shout out the author....yeah, if I keep going I'm going to start to rant. I do that a lot.

... I just like seeing other people's interpretations of my characters. ^_^; My agents (Supernumerary/Nume, Ilraen, Jennifer Robinson/Jenni) all have Wiki pages with descriptions, and I have pictures of all of them in my deviantART gallery. Searches for their names/nicknames and "PPC" within the gallery should turn up all the results you need. (I might just make a PPC folder while I'm thinking about it, too.) You can do Ilraen as an Andalite or in morph, either way.
If it's to be a trade, I'll offer plushies of your character or characters of choice in return. I'll use color if you do. {= ) However, be advised that you could be waiting a long time for my end. I'm just slow and easily distracted.

I can only draw cartoons, but I think they're worthy of a trade.
My devArt account has pics of my agents and Molly and Moses, do you need a link to them?

Santa outfit, hmm? Let's put Agent Christianne in the Santa outfit and Eledhwen Elerossiel as one of "Santa's Elves".
Christianne and Eledhwen both have dark hair. Eledhwen has dark blue eyes and Christianne has bright green eyes. She is often identified by the red bow she wears in her hair and Eledhwen is a Tolkienverse Elf. The two are polar opposites.
That's the fundamentals.

I'll order one picture of myself and my Agents Kumori Tenki and Georgia Branch. I'll even offer up an exchange, how about that? :) I'll draw you in a Santa outfit, it'll be fun (especially since I can work mittens into a Christmas theme outfit).
Kumori is very tall, due to some very odd dimensions listed in her original fanfic, has shortish-green hair in a spiky style and green eyes. Georgia is 16, slightly shorter than avegerage, and has shoulder-length, curly red hair, brown eyes and a ridiculous amount of freckles. She also wears a red wooly beanie at all times. No icons please, if I want any I'll make my own.

Welcome to the board!
Concerning question one, we've actually been trying to get back towards the original spirit of the PPC - less epicly bad fic, more run-of-the-mill stuff. I think your story qualifies.
As for two, there's a couple techniques - could you subvert it by converting it into a goodfic? Could you write it as parody? Could you write it, burn it to a CD (or a floppy, if it's small enough), and then burn the disk?

See? It wasn't that bad. Nice work getting permission, make us proud! Keeping in mind what Huinesoron (I'm actually surprised I got that right, heh) said, they seem like they'll be fun to read. Looking forward to it.

Welcome to the insanity!
Well, what qualifies? Let's see...
1) Canon characters acting so OOC that you don't even recgonize them.
2) Overly perfect Original Character who lands a Canon character.
3) UnCanonical places and realms. (Sparklymuffinland does not exist in Middle-earth, thank you very much.)
4) Lack of a plot line.
5) Melodrama. Oodles of melodrama. (And that fic you've mentioned does sound pretty bad...)
6) Loads of technical errors.
Badfic plot bunnies? I write them down for the desk drawer. Or computer file somewhere far, far away. Then, after a few years/months/weeks/days, I go back and laugh at the fic. Maybe even MST it. But that's how I handle plot bunnies. *grin*
Well, once again, welcome to the PPC! Now, because you got tackled by a bunch of mini-Dragons and mini-Balrogs, you might want to either see Cassie or the Medical Department for some burn salves. *evil laugh*

I was seriously thinking about this all during Calculus. *headdesk*
I know, I could have sworn I saw mention of a Kat but I checked through everything I could think of and nothing. Augh. Yay I'm trustable. I don't think that's a word, but whatever.
Yes we have seen that sample before. ^_^;;
Now that the greatest of my worries have been alleviated, I shall finish writing and send it off to my lovely beta post-haste. I shall also endeavor to make myself slightly more social. :P
...this means I need wiki pages, doesn't it. Anyway, thanks. =)

... Permission Granted. We're not that scary, really.
I seem to recall quite a few normal human/powerful entity Agent teams in HQ, and they can go either way, really. Kat is perfectly normal for a PPCer (I'd swear we had several Kats already, but there's nothing on the Wiki, and it doesn't matter anyway). Samuel is powerful, yes, but with that massive drawback (which is clearly manipulatable by Legal... you'll want to watch outifwhenif he loses his bracelet that you don't end up writing Legal on his side all the time). We don't know his past (yet), and that's fine, provided you make sure it's not too 'Stuish; I think we can trust you on that score, however.
Your writing sample makes me giggle (and haven't we seen it before?), and while I don't know the Canon the Suefic looks pretty bad. So here you go, have Permission and get... well, finish writing.
hS
PS: It might also be nice to see you posting a little more. Don't worry about relevance -- post something on a complete tangent if you feel like it. The PPC is all about being completely bonkers, remember. ~hS

Also: Rape as Drama... nah. It shouldn't be used as an excuse to cry.
