The first one made me laugh, but after that I just ended up wanting to claw my own eyes out as the drabbles got steadily more disturbing

"Kill 'em, Kill them all!"
Bad Starship Troopers quote, sorry.
(not to be confused with the Starship Troopers 3 quote: "You know what to do. Get in there and Kill 'em all!")
Also should you adopt one and not the others, the sight of an agent brutally dismembering said childs siblings could leave the little chap/chapess a teensy weensy bit mentally disturbed

turn someone down kindly? by

July and Sedri, there's "turning someone down kindly" and there's insulting their writing style, them, their agents and everything they stand for.
I acknowledge your tact and honesty, July, but I do not applaud it. By the way I know I may seem rather insolent talking like this to several senior members of the board, and yes I know I've probaly made half a dozen spelling and grammatical errors in this post. But, quiet honestly, I think someone had to say something.

ps. can I get kicked from the board for being rude to senior members?

Hey and welcome to the ppc, (actually I'm new here and not even sure if I'm allowed to post welcomes) but in answer to your questions: Yes- make a post titled "to the permission givers" or something similar, no there are no requirements before you can be part of a story (providing you have permission) and yes this is the right place to post.

Do you mean in terms of showing it and asking for Permission, or simply posting it on the web somewhere? If the latter, there's no single database to submit to. I use my livejournal, as do several others, and some people have their own websites.
If the former, look here and make sure you meet all the requirements, including being an active enough board member. Then make a new post (either in this thread or a new one, depending if people are still likely to see it).
If you already knew that, forgive me. Your name rings a bell, but I can't recall how long you've been around. So if none of this answers your question, could you rephrase it so we understand?

You link like this:

Address is the url, text is the writing that appears as your link - just change all "[" and "]" marks to "".

Collaborative story idea: The Six Disentanglers by

What if this mega-crossover got all five of the Disentangler's past forms, along with an Agent each one worked with, pulled out of the past à la Three Doctors?
I'd be looking for one or two co-writers.

the souls of the shinigami. They are an extension of each shinigami that takes a different form and are meant to help bolster their power when they fight. They are also a way to measure the amount of spiritual power each shinigami has. That is as far as I know. If anyone would like to correct me, be my guest. If not, hope this helps.

Can't think of any at the moment ... though I myself once used "Brian Jacques owns these characters, and he would be spinning in his grave if not for the fact that at the time of writing he's not actually dead *touch wood*". Eh, I thought it was mildly amusing.

I'm going to do a bit of plugging here, because I think some of my disclaimers are a little on the creative side.
Disclaimer: I do not own Starr, Murtle (aka PrettyprettyprincessSweet16), Celeste, the faerie GwenethCamilleScarlettRuby, or the Lord of the Rings. Personally, I’m more disappointed about not owning the last item on the list.
(I cannot include a link because I don't know how)Tales of a Nightmare Come True by moi (Lily Winterwood)
I don't own anything. But my birthday's coming up, so if the Tolkien Estate feels like giving me the birthday present of a lifetime . . .
Just Call Me Mary Sue by Andy Longwood
Disclaimer: If I had originally created Lord of the Rings, I probably wouldn't abuse it like this. I mean, if I saw the look on Tolkien's face if he read this, well, I'd probably faint.

Hello!
Eat lembas, post plenty, get to know us all. I'm sure you've already been linked to the wiki; search it for 'Permission' and that will explain all you need to know about getting it :) I'd link you but I fail at doing the nice in text linkage.

You really need to sit and think about what we're here for, and realise it's not a contest of Who's the Hardest. It's about having fun, being snarky and above all being ACCURATE in our writing, which your Janus page suggests you need to work on; the grammar is spacked.
However a) you haven't posted a writing sample yet so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt til then, and b)like the others, I'm not any kind of Permission Giver or Responsible Person here, so your official Yea or Nay will have to wait for them.
